the leader should be able to communicate with his team, raise it's moarale when down, sustain it when it is high, make each memmber feel they own the team. gilchrist and anil kumble did it in the present IPL. the formulae is good for every team efforts. not only in games but in all other sphere also. the leader should have no personal ambition but that of the team.
