Gavaskar would blame some Australian for this as well
by Raman Shiva on May 16, 2009 11:31 PM  | Hide replies

Mumbais debacle is funny,Sachin who is totally a fish out of water in this format of the game(yea his average is less than even Dinesh Karthiks)and his captaincy we all know how bad it is,he proved it twice as captain of national side and proving it again that he is one of the worst captains india has produced,on the other hand Dhoni is going great guns....

Ok Mr Gavaskar r u going to blame Chappel or Buchanan for this as well,2007 WCUP loss was easily blamed on Greg Chappel, now we know who really the culprit is...its oldies like Sachin who cant play well in formats like this, thank god he has decided not to play in T20 WCUP or any T20 matches for India..

don't make a sh!t out of nothing. Stop being a looser. What Gavasker said was so right that you can see where KKR is now with 1o people coaching staff that Buchanan brought with him inclusing his son and in laws..

Now get lost Raman Shiva

Captaincy puts a lot of pressure on a player. Only strong and calm fellows can perform best under captaincy. That is what separates dhoni from the rest regardless of his so called unorthodox technique.

PEMMASANI KIRAN KIRAN
Not a Good Captain
by PEMMASANI KIRAN KIRAN on May 16, 2009 10:51 PM

Sachin is a very good batsman not a good captain we have already experienced before when he lead the Indian team and they have not come to semis in IPL - Season-1 . I am surprised that Ambanis after knowing this not searched for alternate captain in this season-2. I hope they will change him next time.

MI - Mission Impossible!!!!
by Ram on May 16, 2009 10:19 PM

I am a huge fan of Sachin. This tournament was hugely disappointing...may be he should really consider hard before playing the next one...entering this one he was in great form fresh from a very successful Kiwi series...now he looks out of depths...seeing his expression after he got out today and after the match was really very sad. Haven't seen something like that since a longtime. I do not think he would be able to get into the same form as he was in prior to IPL. Have to say lastly that some of the MI guys do not use their head at all...what was the need for the wicketkeeper to throw the ball to try to run Hayden out, the big guy was well within the crease...the over throw got him on strike again and he smashed a dlf max of Bhajji...its a hard team to support.

sachin a good batsman but not a good capitan
by prasanth on May 16, 2009 10:13 PM

sachin is a very good batsman but not a good capitan. he doesnt know how to use his bowlers. to be frank today mumbai lost the match due sachin only.
he has 3 bowlers to use in the form of harbajan, malinga, bravo and dumini. then i dont know y he given ball to kulakarni and nanda. he made the match to lost.

very bad.

he team also seems to be not balanced. not bowler can able to atleast bat. thats y they lost match against the rajastan royals.
