ICL has introduced T20 format league in India and they should be given due credit for that. Now BCCI is dancing on what ICL has introduced in India. ICL has the capacity to think innovative ideas which copycat like BCCI follows. KUDOs to ICL ... for bringing out innovative ideas ... let BCCI be always a follower of you .... good wises to ICL.

yes they brought the concept to India, but their concept lacked the glamour completely holding it at one venue like panchkula was a stupidity ZEE is very Lalchi group - it didnt share TV rights with any other channel (who watches ZEE sports? ) and they even couldnt think of BCCI's franchisee pattern. ICL was meant to be an evening soap for the survival of ZEE sports
Wouldnt u give credit to BCCI / Lalit Modi for its success.... They should not get any special treatment just b'coz it was their idea first.
Why can't there be two leagues like baseball in USA (American League and Major League) and let them have a competition. But BCCI wants to monopolize the cricket and afraid to lose their hold.

whats wrong if there is only one governing body in a sport. U may ask for more transperency but its ideal that cricket domestic or international has only one supreame body

The Indian government should step into this feud between ICL and IPL as they both include high quality players from India and International. And above all, the government gets its fair share out of these two leagues so why not support ICL to get international recognition and let them compete; ICL vs IPL and let the best league win the championship as happens in baseball.

How can BCCI ask ICL to merge with it? BCCI is a total failure. Whites (Aus, NZ and Eng) are ruling ICC and World Cricket. They are imposing ban on Zimbabwe, just because Zimbabweans are blacks. However they forgot Pakistan (Pakistanis are comparatively whites). They didn't awarded that test in Sri Lanka's favour when Lankan players were attacked.

its like saying why there are only 4 metros in the country even sikkim deserves to be one of metros.... its the size and might of the followers that will decide it.... i think it will be expanded in next year or 2 Ahmedabad, UP / Bihar will have a team each in the next expansion
Its good to have many leagues. This ensure more opportunities to our cricketers. All money should not go to BCCI only which is not doing anything but just earning money. But for whom. Is that going to general public.
