I hope IPL doesn't move to South Africa, as this country is bowing to China and has not allowed the Dalia Lama to visit South Africa. By allowing IPL go to South Africa, IPL will thus be bowing to China as well.
What is the big deal if election is postponed for two months and IPL was allowed as scheduled?
Elections can be run any time, but IPL has so much sponsorship, money, players availability, etc.
Government should have understood the situation properly. Elections does not make big difference in India but losing IPL is a big loss to billions of Indians.

Chidu and India proves tht they are in line with Pakistan n Afghanistan...
Are we safe in India?
Dont surprised if General Election will be held in Pakistan as India facing Terror threat..if Indian Government admits insists of media....
wht a joke for any government of the world
Are we safe in India? or it myth , created by some specific English cHannels.
At the moment our country is run by media not by government.
Government played by media people...
Its wrong message to the world tht India is in the line of Pakistan and Afghanistan...
Its not all abt Money, Business, IPL, BCCI or Cricket , Its all abt how we proved our selves tht we are incapable and sending wrong messages to the world.
India have two major events in coming yrs like Commonwealth Games and ICC World cup...
Its also hamper our tourisom industry...
Its very huge consequances on longer run...
Government can handle much better if they didnt speak media's language
After Bangalore Royal Challengers, it is the turn of the Kolkata Knight Riders to get a new skipper.
Sources say Sourav Ganguly is unwilling to carry on as captain of the team and could step down. And the man who is tipped to replace him is New Zealand wicketkeeper Brendon MCCullum.
The Knight riders management has in fact spoken to McCullum about taking over from Ganguly who retired from international cricket last October.

Brendon Macullum must have compromised with Saurav Ganguly for this, Brendon Macullum will now hit a lot more 6er's than last edition of IPL.

The tug of war between BCCI and UPA will make only the cricket lovers of India the eventual loosers. What message has been sent to the world? Is India really an unsafe country for cricket? We were laughing at Pakistan some days back, but we were not sure that now Pakistan will also laugh at us. Our loss is many times more than that of Pakistanis
