Sachin - Well done and we wanted similar innings at every time Sachin plays for INDIA. But if sachin fails in next 3/4 innings, we feel Sachin is spoiling Gambir and Sehwag opening combination.

He is not a 20-20 material. We don't have to go to the extreme appreciation just with one innings in the recent past.
Even though India have won the match, I m sure Dhoni must be concerned about the dropped catches today. Both the catches were simple & should have been taken as per international standards

Consider it a blessing in disguise that we were pathetic in fielding except in spurts when we were brilliant. This would help us to be more careful in future.
What is wrong with Munaf Patel ? He started out as a genuine quick and is now just about slow medium. And as we saw today he just doesn't have the mental toughness required at the highest level. One also hears that he is a bit of a shirker and is too ready to come up with injury related excuses. He may be talented, but so are R P Singh and Sreesanth. I think we need to show Munaf the door and bring in the others who have shown themselves to be much tougher mentally.
There is a say in Tamil-"nose of an ass whitens slowly". Dhoni has to recover immediately or else our Indian Team will play a sloppy game once when they know they are to win and then lose or next, become desperate to lose. We have lost many games which we ought to have won. To day there was one and India was lucky. We always failed to bowl the right ball at the right time
India have not won the cricke tournament for the last 40 years in newzealand. but india is playing fantastic and hopefully we are gonna win the series this time. sachin is awesome. he is best cricketer of the world. he is still that much energetic as he was before.good going india.

There are no Sachin bashers. Sachin is a great cricketer and only those who do not uderstand cricket or are madly parochial can be Sachin bashers. This said, I will add that it was a pleasure to see Sachin play an inning of such class. I do not recall an inning of this class from Sachin in last many years. May be he was woken up and felt challeged by Kapil's statement regarding Sahwag being the greatest present day one day player.

cool down sameer---bashers have been for everyone...have you forgotton, Sehwag, Yuvraj, Ganguly, Dravid, Harbhajan, Zaheer...they all have been bashed severly in past...it's part of game and human psyche
i really enjoyed the batting by the lower order batsman on the kiwis...they really got the entertaining stuff in the match or else it would had been a one sided boring match...lots of things to learn from today match especiallly the the bowlers really struggled...

With a handsome lead in hand, Dhoni showed a lot of heart in allowing Munaf Patel to bowl despite his dismal performace, so that he could regain his rythem. This is what makes Dhoni such a great hit with his team mates.
