they missed some really good players like stan mc cabbe , mankad , hazare, j amarnath, sarfaz nawaz,g turner, d haynes, etccccccc
Australia (11 men), India (3 men), Pakistan (3 men) each had won a world cup till 1995 and WI (13 men) had won two world cups, but with the 22 Englishmen in Hall of Fame list why had not they won even a single world cup?

Yes, I agree, it is mainly for test cricket, still it includes ODI also since it is rated till 1995. Even if we take test alone both England and Australia started to play test cricket from 1887, winning percentage of Australia is 45% where as for England it is 34%, even then England got 22 men and Australia got 13 men?

only players retired before 1995 r included.. hence sachin, dravid etc will not be thr.. jimmy amarnath, though, could have been included, but i guess he didnt make that big an impact as compared to those on the list..

arre yaar even your beloved Sourav does not qualify since this list consists of players retired before 1995 and Sourav made his debut in 1996...cant help it but if there is some list in cricket, the Bongos want Ganguly to be in it regardless of what the list is about...

Ah, I was looking for a Bong hater. Saurav was not only a Bong but the most successful captain of your nation and a great performer. Of course, he does not qualify, I agree. But we Bongs will keep on reminding all Bong haters that he can not be erased from the anals of Cricket history.

Both spellings work to indicate historical/chronological records. Please recheck, before commenting.
why worry for frivilous things like this...we wl have our own "BCCI hall of fame" & which will be like our Padma awards(politically influenced) & Azharudin surely wl be there as a politician n not as match fixer..ha ha

only retired guys make it to the list. And, the article also mentions that those who retired after 1995 are not included. Then, why talk abt Sachin !
