IPL should probably be a once every 2-year affair, and 20-20 world cup shud be every 4 years like one day world cup. These games will slowly reduce the number of international matches, as has happened in the world of football. In football it does not hurt as the format of the game remains same, but in cricket we will lose the most skillful format of the game.

India is controlling something !! Anyway, why are these cricketers against drug tests while it is the norm in almost all other sports ?

i believe the issue here is that all these oldies cant digest the fact that youngsters are making so much money.. all these talk of cricket losing its character and all is rubbish... oldies have always opposed changes... if we had paid heed to such things, the world wud have never seen one day cricket... the opposition to ODIs was even more than the T20s... and in thier time likes of hadlee and all preferred playing ODIs to test , so why blame T20 and i dont understand how he relates it to BCCI... by the way if he thinks we can arm twist ICC so be it... we are only too happy about it.... these whites find it so tough to accept....

Cash rich BCCI!!!
by AntonioXavier Annasamy on Aug 18, 2009 11:22 PM

I wonder when everyone says cash rich BCCI... when it comes it Indian Cricket grounds, infrastructure or an imagination to build a indoor stadium like the Aussies did... where is BCCI's cash richness? How do we make them accountable for what they do? They don's spend on players very much, not on grounds... where does this money go??

well said arun that racist pig hadlee was against India since he was born. Many times he avoided Indian tour because of this. He came to India only because of his tour.

the aussies n whites got away with so much sledging n partiality.. thanks to the ICC..
they come running out of retirement also to play for cash and suddenly unsafe asian countries become absolutely safe infront of IPL cash cow..
yes.. the cricket calendar is too crammed.. but the game has been run n dictated forever by a few whites..lets not forget that..

Someone showed the balls to utter something against the BCCI... they are bullying the ICC and all the other cricket nations in whatever possible way they can... All the ex cricketers and players and board members of different countries must be vocal.... and give a piece of their mind to the BCCI... in the open...

Though in this topic he's been a bit confusing......
