i think its a rumour being spread all around that dhoni didn't want sourav to be in the indian side.
if dhoni really wanted to axe sourav then he would not have handed the captaincy for the last time to sourav as he played his final match against australia as a player

Now all those lovers of this Jharkhandi or ( ex Bihari) - - - hows he doing in the test matches... why not kick him out??? 16 runs from 61 balls??? WTF

Get dravid to keep in the test matches.. Dhoni is not required...

this loser is kicking out Ganguly and Dravid from ODI.. wat an idiot

Dravid and Gangully hard to manage
by Monty on Jan 24, 2008 05:13 PM  | Hide replies

Both of them failed once again when it mattered most to stay there on the crease.
Once again! huh! no more Dravid no more Gangully please!
Remember the late 90s when Sachin was captaining the side and India were chasing a meager 250 total of Australia. India were 172/3 When Sachin got out and then Dravid and Gangully were to come.
India lost the match. When Interviewed sachin said that the team didn't play as per the plans and that he no longer wanted to continue as the captain of the side. This in itself shows how hard both these chanakyas of Indian cricket have been on Sachin himself. So how come we expect Dhoni to do what Sachin couldn't?
Dravid even refused Sachin a double century in Pakistan (multan Test) Dravid apparently doesn't want Sachin to go pas his record 5 double centuries. However both of them are gone now and there will be lesser politics in cricket now.

i think you are a confused soul... drink some water and take some rest please. you neither have any sense of gratitude to the greatest batsmen of India, their contribution nor any sense of what material these two batsmen are made up of. And your comments about Dravid's fear of Tendulkar overtaking his records is too much... I wonder how can one guy could be so stupid like you...

Dravid (and Laxman) is a teams man and selfish too (he did not want sachin to overtake him in most doubles centureis) and sachin is no teams man and also a selfish who plays only for his personal records

Dhoni should not be indian captain at all.
He is not a "LAMBI RACE KA GHODA". Indian selector shall hv to sack him out.

Dravid - a necessity in One dayers
by on Jan 24, 2008 12:17 PM  | Hide replies

India' s Wall
Rahul Dravid is pre-requisite in ODI team cause we all know of Great Indian Debacles. He is the only man who can support the team in difficult times.

gangly may not... he deserves no place as he did enough politics during his captaincy and he is paying for that... dravid is rather a clean person and gentleman and one day squad need atleast one person like him (the wall) when india loses early wckts

odi time selection
by rajesh acharya on Jan 24, 2008 03:25 AM

Dear Sirs,

We fully agree with the statement from Mr. Kumble that it is a wrong time to select odi team when fourth test is unfinished.
It mat afftect the team performance by looking into the senior-junior relationship also as well as player's personel feelings also.
Regards.

Yours Sincerely,
R.V.Acharya
