indian cricket

there is too much of international cricket. India should raise the national cricket to higher level with more remuneration to the state level cricketeers and the tropy. the top 4 state level teams should be internatioal test class. simply with this present level of game we will be "also run team"

what does Bikash Mohapatra want? what is he trying to say? In fact BCCI should have called back the team without any further test match played. The usual political style announcements kept coming just to soothe the public and as usual public seemed to be satisfied and getting fooled.
Nothing is going to happen ; Harbhajan will stand penalised, tour will continue ; Ponting & co will celebrate as usual. Everyone , including the criocketers will take their cut of money and go home ; we will keep sucking our thumbs!!

A Big "NO". Indians want Hogg to play in Perth so that they can score heavily in a non-spinner friendly conditions.
What a negative tactic by the Indians?
Anyway Tait will play & the distinguished Indian batsmen has to face the music from the OZ pace quadret

they will pull out if they lose 4-0. This is to take the eye of people off the real issue. After the sydney test, the real issue was 3 guys could not bat 2 overs. But the focus was successfully shifted from inability of our batsmen to Bucknor and co. That way these pathetic bunch of players were saved from firing. So they will ignite this if India loses 4 tests to save the players again. This is POLITICS by Mr Pawar.

Thanks. You have caught that guy again.
I'm 100% sure he is not an Indian. He is Australian by birth. Sometime he himself curse him using another ID. Sometime he says he do not know who his father is. May be an Indian.

Any way, when in doubt, Use kuch hindi me Puncho. Agar who jawab nahi de paya to samjlo ke whoh Aussie hadami hai.

In that case, don't watch the series and lash out in disappointment. Nobody is forcing you to watch it. And what has a medical condition such as impotence to do with the ability at a certain sport, in this case cricket? How is is relevant to the discussion here. Regardless, Anil Kumble did his best as a batsman to prevent India from losing the match, except that the other 10 players didn't have the spirit to support him. I would hardly blame him for the loss.

I will have to agree with Auzie here...
Kumble has always been playing for team and people like Kartavya hiding behind their computers have courage to call him names. They say smaller the man bigger the mouth.

This will be last time i will click on the news that pertains to this controversy( not that anyone gives a damn if i dont). the BCCI is famous for its jokers going on a merry-go-round. And rediff is trying to ape BCCI by posting every nonsense that BCCI has got to tell. stop wasting our time rediff!!!! (i can already see a number replies to my post saying "if u dont want to, dont read the news", or "who is asking ur opinion"... to all of them who mean anything of this sort...let me tell you this in advance...BUZZ OFF...i was getting bored :P )

What is the point of this article...
by Ritesh Das on Jan 14, 2008 10:28 PM

Is the writer of this article slamming BCCI for still staying in defecnce of Harbhajan or Kumble for making peace so that some proper cricket happens in the meantime?
