Dear Girish,
My post is not related to what Kumble said or did not say. I was only referring to the popular misconception that was discussed repeatedly by the sensation seeking print and electronic media that Aussie team in this test match repeatedly cheated the Indian team to win the match.
Regarding your second point you are also echoing more or less what I have said. Mike didnt cheat; at worst he would have been unwittingly told that he took the catch clean.

i take your point. but somehow its not convincing about the unwittingly accepting someone else's telling about his catch. aussie tam is a tech savvy team. they analyse the opposition, they have all the gizmos, they have universities bristling with sports scientists who give their batsmen great bats, great techniques. they are the single most dedicated bunch of crickters. and after all that yu've gotta be kidding if yu say they wouldnt go to the dressing room and review the day ? man, ive seen 'em on tv checking the replay of their dismissal on live tv! dude, they are good for sure, but c'mon it was grassed, and pretty sure he had a good hard look at it, and declared it as "unsure" " someone told me that" " i was busy with proceedings that day"

U shut up and scooot from here. You don't support India. I can understand your breed. You are the people who points to rich businessman and say that's my dad to your Girl friend. And you point to your dad and say "He is the servant". How come you have born to mother India

girish. well said. im afraid, ashish isnt ready to accept a good point!
well you can holler for all times to come that this team is good, and has been the winningest in their time. cool. but, ahem, would you mind ? we have someone making a valid point, we have all eternity to think of other sports, and we already know who's the best.
1. ausies r not responsible but aussie cricket board, captain, umpires and icc r responsible.
2. yuvraj's decision was not out. he didnt knick the ball to slip and stood though knowing he knick the ball just like clark.
3. 3rd umpires r provided for cricket matches officially to resolve issues and to clear uncertainties. As it is there in official manner it has to be used.
If u r anti-indian or australian sh...ut ur ba...ck and mind ur business. If u r Indian get out of the country right now.
Now dont say who am i to say getout to u. Indian constitution have provided right to act against anti-nationalist for all citizens of India. this right is one among 10 duties and 10 rights provided to citizens of India.

Kare, got it, what I was probably trying to explain was that Rawl was not as threatening as an experienced spinner to take wickets of amla & smith jus as a cakewalk. Would you also tell me why the umpiring blunders and grassy catches were not racked up in SA vs WI? Just because that SA were confident on their game and want it all by their own instead of blokes & interviews on missing in action by their own men?

@ashish:
surely no one plays cricket the way aussies play it mate... they have forever changed the meaning of the sentence "its not cricket"..
"its not cricket" was supposed to be said when someone saw something happening which was not sporting, morally correct, or was unethical...
the way aussies play cricket, "its not cricket" will be uttered when someone upholds truth, behaves admirably, does something sporting, or helps someone in need.
Absolutely, no one plays cricket like the aussies play it mate.. the whole world watched it in Sydney in Jan 2008. :-)

Hei Ashish!!! Are you the same Aussiesh?? lol...One of our friend Julian might get a little knocked of your mention of hooligans....while he is not.
Ricky, Symonds , Clarke & Hayden all who gave false proofs of racism charges againt Harbhajan should be banned for life for not only bring disrepute to the game but also playing with the public sentiments of two continents.
