r u nuts he is a legend in batting not as a captain INDIA never looked seem to be confident of winning a match since he took captaincy. he played dirty politics against ganguly and tendulkar and finally tendulkar and dada who came back strongly on their critics especially Dravid with their strong abiltiy to bat and gave india lot of wins. but dravid batting declined day by day coz of humiliation he is facing coz of strong batting display by tendulkar and dada..there is one saying jo khudh gada khodta hai wohi usme ghirta hain...so my freind stop saying dravid as a good captain he was the worst captain india will ever get.. we loose very cheaply in the world cup against team like bangladesh..he doesnt hav the ability to lead the indian team.. Legends are kapildev, pataudi, gavaskar, azharuddin, Ganguly not dravid. so stop ur blah blah about dravid he is ofcourse not a gentlemen he has a very dangerous temperament silent killer who slowly degraded indian team position coz of politics inside the team with his lobby of players like karthik, uttappa, sreesanth,kumble...see the end result where we r now..whats our team...

Well cooked story

Evenif, someone has to buy this story, situation would not be different for any other captain (evenif, he is a Maharastrian). A leader has to handle such inside and outside pressures and perform. If Rahul has left for these reasons, then he is not a good leader. Believe it or not, good performer need not be a good leader. We have seen this in case of Sachin. As a captain, I never felt that RD has great leadership quality. In recent days, his performance was also deteriorating. He has taken a wise decision and avoided become a Ganguly in process.

Definitely Dhoni will also have the same trouble as long as Mumbai lobby keeps trying to make decisions without giving the freedom to the Indian captain. Simple logic, try to understand.

don't be so silly..Don't forget that Even before sharad pawar..many non cricketers ruled on BCCI. Big example is Dalmiya. So politics is not new for indian cricket. and don't forget that rightfrom 1980, indian cricket has been facing regional quota issue. If tomorrow ugly n idiot n blind karunanidhi becomes bcci precident, half of indian team would be from tamilnaad. So don't over react..this is Indain cricket

I am not sure if this article is true but it looks like it.
1. A manager Chandu Borde sounds fishy
2. Agarkar in T20 squad, he is a far too uneconomical baller to be played in this format.

But I do think Dravid was just an ok captain and the change to Dhoni (i would have preferred Yuvaraj) would be good in the long run.

Noone is talking about the last Test match which we should have won comfortably but because of Dravids wrong decision and wrong thoughts we could not won the test match. Also Please everyone check how many runs Mr Dravid is scoring in the test match.Rather he opting out of the captionship would help him to regain his form.

I think in hindsight one can talk the way u did, the decision not to give follow on can not be put on Dravid alone.Infact the decision was approved to the hilt by our non playing captain too as admitted by him. For all u know Pawar may also have been responsible, which will not be known to the public. So please do not comment blindly without knowing the facts as are most of the Indians especially who have not played cricket.

Well Said... Politicians have already infected the Indian Parliament..debating over worthless issues..
Now they are eying cricket.
What is Sharad Powar doing in BCCI? How much does he know about cricket?Let him look after his own ministry. This current team is one of India's worst cricket teams. After 5 wickets down, our next batsman is Romesh Pawar.
I support ICL as ICL has better people governing the cricket. All the cricketer should come out and suport ICL
