No doubt !!!!

Sachin was briliant, No doubt!!!

Look forward, who will be next now? Can we get such player in next decade?

Answer is almost NO. Ok, can we get better team than last decade? Of course, on paper no. But, but..... Reality on ground will be different. Youngsters are aggresive and doing hard work. Let they keep continue and become very nice fielders than droppers. Aggresive bowlers than run givers. And of course, tenseless batsman than very well known, under pressure humans!

Forget about logic, stats and winning for a moment. Sports is about entertainment and Sachin has provided plenty of that all his career. There have umpteen occasions when he made my day with those cover drive, backfoot punch, straight drive and pull shots. he was the only one to stop entire city traffic to watch game on streets, shops and everywhere. tell me one other guy in cricket or any other sport, who made millions forget everything else and watch him. He is the god. I don't care about stats, one six over 3rd man aganist shoiab in 2003 WC is enough.

But you should not consider always earlier records. He was best at that moment but he should give chance to youngster considering present situation or else we will loss the match.

What are youngsters doing now??? All together, Uttapa, pathan, gambhir and rohit scored only 10 runs in 2nd ODi, we were 13/3 and it was sachin who helped to maintain the equilibrium. similarly sachin and ganguly played important innings in lsat ODI, had sachin departed early, we wuld have collapsed within 200.
In this year, sachin scored 1000 ODI runs, where are yuvraj, dhoni, gambhir, uttapa standing???? Yuvraj has scored 572, dhoni 490, uttapa 124 and gambhir 405. Is anyone near 1000 runs????

Here we have another expert in Mr. Kumar Kalyan. His main contention is that when a "youngster" goes out to bat, he/sometimes she, has a better chance of scoring a lot more runs.

Mr. Kalyan is under the impression that only people under the age of 15 can perform for the country because Mr. Kalyan actually started experiencing Impotency at the age of 16. He did not even have his first before he realized that he cannot get it up anymore.

People who think thrities is too old, should definetely get their brain examined. They may find something really wrong there -- "CHEMICAL LOCHA"!!!!!

Love your country and its product. Support them as long as you can. Sachin has scored over 600 runs in the last 3 months in one-dayers. Love the guy for what he is doing. Youngsters are not going to change everything right away.

He is still a match winner, and the Best Batsman in the team. Now just for a heck of seeing a youngster in the team, u want to get rid of Him. Thank Goodness that ur not a Selector

Kishna here is an expert on Cricket. He thinks that if a batsman after scoring 200 odd gets out bowled by any bowler, the bowler has bragging rights. It does not really matter that the batsman has scored 200 runs already and that his team is going to win!!!

Kirshna belongs with the rest of the primates like Duddu, Apurva Singh, Kuppuswamy and the rest that dislike this country and its greats.

They like to bring other people down since they can never get up there or anywhere nearly close enough to sniff these guys jock strap (which by the way is their main goal albeit very confidential one!).

I feel for you Krishna.

Stop talking regional stuff. I dont want to personally bad mouth you but you are leaving me no choice. I Love what Imran says, cricket at the highest level is about the 3 Ts, Talent, Temparment, Technique.

Our kids have the Talent but not the other 2 Ts, they can only develop that through association. If you dont have Sachin they have no one to look up to. Get your head right. He will retire in a couple of years anyways, after that you can start complaining about the so called Talent we have being "Inconsistent".

Where are you from Prasad? Which planet do you come from. It is glad to make your acquaintence but, unfortunately, we have enough RUBBISH on our planet and our landfills are full.

We will be making arrangements to ship you back to where you came from. And in the future to make sure you dont get out, we have developed a steel cage that is perfect for Primates like you.

To keep you entertained, we have actually selected a few like minded people like Arun Mishra. Also since we love you so very much and know your taste, we have actually filled your cage with some really hulky WWF GAY wrestlers with really thick and long Johnsons. In order to make sure that your BUTT entertainment never stops, we have made sure you stay naked throughout your flight back to you planet.

With compliments from all of us that belong to this planet.

Everyone is entitled to their comments and feedback but when it comes to hateness and meaningless comment the moderator of this site has to take care or draw the boundary. This is kind of shame for india their own people critize badly about someone who mad the country proud where no one won a single gold medal in last 10 decades.

Greats of Greats Sachin Tendulkar
by Nathan Somas on Oct 10, 2007 07:36 PM  | Hide replies

He started playing for India in the age of 16, well how many of you even managed to play for your school team. He played 4 years of leaning in international cricket because everyone realized he is the diomond. He played 76 games until the age of 16. He had the average of 32 no hundread only 7 MOM award. That is an exceptional perfomance from a youngster. if you see his carear from 20 to 30. He has scored 37 hunreads 45 MOMs 11, 000 runs in an average of 49.5 from 257 games. What else you guys want from this genious. He may one day decide to suicide that he devoted his life and soul for a country where people like you live. Well then he might not thinking about Zillion and Zullions of Loving fans like me around the world and say why should I do that.

Man why are you bringing the past. everyone knows that. Just count for 2007. Once again Sachin has scopred more than 1000 runs in a calander year in one dayers.
Save Sourav So called stars of gen-next like Yuvi or Gamvir or Dhoni are not having this record.
God knows what Vengsarkar or Rajput means when they dare comment on greats like Sachin.
