You people r really jealous about Ganguly%u2019s motivation and determination about cricket. Can u please tell me who other than Ganguly fights tougher than his right place in team, since from the beginning of his carrier! How many times he was being dropped and how many time he bounced back by his own strength! All of u forget last time we were runner up in W.Cup. The idea of new blood in team also started from his time (for exem., Ifran Pathan, Harvajan Singh, Yubraj Singh, M.Kaif, A.Agarkar, Balaji, P.Patel etc.. etc..) & for the limitation--- do u not think every player/man has his own limitation. (for expm. Mr. Ten.Kar %u2013 for incoming ball starting of innings, Mr. Dravid %u2013 slow run rate etc%u2026), but beyond that all of them r really world class player. When world accept that why not u? Above all as I believe Ganguly is an inborn Captain and we did not find any problem in his captaincy%u2026 only probs-> in his batting %u2026 So, I think if he returns by his own credit then he mast a captain otherwise he should be opted out immediately. One appeal to every body: Please respect our heroes not abuse them, at list we get some fresh air by enjoying cricket.

it is ganguy should be dropped from odi and test team he is scoring runs but it is only for safe for self. None of his innings helped team he give more runs to opposition by his poor fielding he creates pressure on other batsman by not taking single and he is worst runner bten wkt and he dropped too many catches. string operations proved he is ;playing for sponsers pending time in crease by eating balls. he can't bat in any no like dravid He bowls one over he gives 12 runs to opposition. selfish oppertunist politician ganguly is curse to team india Laxman is better batsman and fielder than ganguly and better test record against aussies. ganguly should be sacked form ind team to give place yuvi in test and gambir to open in odis
I think we should have Ganguly as captain for Australian tour where lots of aggression is required. Remember we drew 1-1 the four match series in Australia last time.

we need someone in the team to do a good job as a captain. it doesnt matter which region he comes from. one things' for sure, dhoni will be handed over the reign after this. and dhoni needs to learn fast.
in the meanwhile, we need to win in all disciplines of cricket, ODI, test and T20.

you have not done much of a hard work in selecting this team. This is not much different one comapred to what we had in ENG, except for Pathan and Bhajji who are replacing VVS and S santh. Bhajji in place of S Santh is fine.But, dropping VVS for Pathan may not be a good idea. He is much better a player than Saurav in Tests.
Anil Kumble personally given his willingness to lead the country if he was given that privelege in an Interview in a television news channel before his actual selection. Actually speaking he has the ability to lead and got the respect from all the players ( both Senior and Junior) of our Cricket team. As leading run scorer from India had turned down the offer it is the chance of leading wicket taker of India to have a chance. Being Captain at the age of 36 is too late. He should have given the chance earlier. He shown some agression in England. Kumble is a great technician. He was actually in charge of Computer programming and other computer related analysis of Indian team in every foreign tour of India before . He got the knowledge and Intelligence. Let us see how he performs as a captain.
Aussies are no 1 team b'cuz all 11 players are performing for team cause playing game as one unit with a desire to win every match. A captian is successful when all other 10 players give full cooperation and play for team but in team india player play for their sponsers, to secure place for next match, sellf records, and for the group that player represneted for... when dravid was captain there were some players never supported or respected his decisions as a captian it was visible on field even WC 2007 was result of ego and attitude problem of some superstars of team.chappell treated everybody equal and tried bring professionalism he was kickedout b'cuz he threw light on dark side of ind team dressing room politics kumble like dravid gave 100% for team and played game as professional team players and won so many matches for india never got credit whatever he deserved also If superstars and their chelas will support him as captian then oly kumble will be succesful

Hi chaddi C. apni khud ki chaddi samhalo pehle. why you keep records of the matches against the minnows only? Be an Indian, rather than a regional from state.
