If monty can get Sachin out then there is no reason why he should get happy. Sachin has turned ordinary now. He got out against Bangla desh facing a spinner and now got out against Monty. This is just an indication that Sachin is not a good player of spin now. He is struggling with himself
It was boy wizard meeting the batting wizard as Daniel Harry Potter Radcliffe, queued for an autograph of Sachin Tendulkar at the end of India's Test match against England.
Since the release of seventh and final volume of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows hit the stands, the whole world is under the grip of a "Pottermania" but the onscreen Potter seemed a great fan of the Indian batting maestro.
Daniel, who himself was a target of autograph hunters worldwide, admitted that he queued up with other fans to get signatures from Tendulkar.

why fight on trivia.when does one want to indulge in past statistics and sit over laurels.when the present is not perfect and the future is bleak. does one need to look back to see that kapil and Tend were alltime greats .with Tend I still use were! of course

Who is Kapil Dev to criticize Tendulkar? Towards the end of his career, Kapil was so bad that it was extremely painful to watch him play. Today people reminisce about Kapil's career as if he was great all the time, but only those watched those games know that Kapil went through a very painful phase during the last 4-5 years of his career barring a few exceptions. Saching is going through a similar decline no doubt, but Kapil is not the right person to comment.
Emotional people who are very touchy on specific subject.
1. My religion is the best. - Even though hardly a Mulla does namaz or goes to mosque, or a hindu does his prayer or goes to temple 2. Our state is the best - Even the state elect does not provide water/electricity/sanitation or proper roads. 3. My District is the best- eve though if it does not have an hospital/school/post office 4. My School/College is the best - even if it does not have 50% teaching staff, Labs, or play ground and eve if the passing percentage was below 50%. 5. My locality is the best - Even though if is full of school drop outs, local thief/Eve teasers. 6. My Cricket team is best - Even though we loose 65% of the matches still we love the song by Shaimak Davar [World cup 2007 in my cupboard] 7. We are a super power [Self made and Proclaimed] - Still local Sanghai "Mumbai" [has 15% people answering natures call on railway tracks]. 8.We are the investors of all medicines/Sports/Science and what not - but still struggle to have few patents across all things.
Last but not the least.
9. Sachin is the GOD of criket - But except for 2 occasions in Sharjah against Australia he has never bailed out india from trouble. Total matches in 300's test more then 125 not to mention the runs he has scored.
TILL THE DAY INDIAN LIKE ME AND OTHERS KEEP DAY DREAMING WE WILL BE A "DEVELOPING NATION" WHICH WILL NEVER BE CATAGORIZED AS A "DEVELOPED NATION"

You said bitter truth.......but "Tendia"s fans, who allways wear dark goggles...they making "Tendla" from paper-tiger to master blaster....how sad...........
"Tendla" is old and over the hill. Forget the century and retire!! Give some worthy youngster a chance to make his mark in the team and on Indian cricket. By staying in the team, "Tundla" is being extremely selfish and anti-Indian!! "Tundia" bahot hua, ab retire hoja!!....

you know this Indian Muslim guy is the biggest hippocryte of India for sure... Out of all 9 things u wrote I dont believe in anything..Not because i am in usa..but i know my facts..I dont believe things by just the way mass does..I believe only what i see, feel and hear...and of course the truth, facts and figures, real stats.. Writing on rediff will not improve any of the things u hv written about..So if you cant do anything about it; shut up and watch.. by the way; i go to temple; but i dont claim my religion is the best...I live in usa but i still believe my life in india was more peaceful...i still have my school/college memories of india as my best memories yet...and last but not least..I do love/hate indian cricket team and also Sachin..but based on HOW they played on that particular day; not based on what was written by which hippi on rediff... and btw..i dont write here often...only when i have time and i find hippies like you who havent heard the truth..
I like one of the below message. Getting Sachin out is one of the easiest thing to do in world cricket. Anyone can get Tendulkar out.He balance his average against strong teams like Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and Ireland and always failed against weaker team like Australia, England and Sri Lanka. Sachin should start playing with Vinod kambli and Sangeeta bijlani, wife of khajru azhar to remain not out..
Hey I think even Piyush Chawla got Tendulkar out. By the way why aren't we playing Piyush in England. It would have been a good exposure for him. I think he is good bowler and has a really deceptive googly. To get all the breaks right at such young age is fantastic.

ya ashish in england there is some sanity...even in team selection....see monty is subject to same selection procedures as every one else unlike our guys tendulkar, dravid, ganguly who are never dropped. And monty is not treated like a God adn i hope monty is not playing for records like tendulkar is.

If Panesar family would not have shifted to England, then Monty would have been another cricketer with great potential without representing the country (The funny selectors would have still selected Harbhajan bcoz he won matches for India before).
