Actually ICL has taken players who hv diminished or struggling to get in national team.. ICL making way for youngsters in BCCI n oldies getting richer.. great overall.. But BCCI is ridiculously sick .. anyways Dalmiya too might join in
if,talented players like sehwag, pathan, kaif, balaji,a.nehra, badrinath, etc dont get an opportunities in national team ,its better they join icl & get recognition.icl has the future.bcci is run by mumbai politics.

If you are offered 6 times your salary by other company with same job to do what you will do? Today every body is professional. Every body thinks about their carrier first. Why it's not true for the cricketers?
I want to see him play in 20-20 matches. This country is forgiving peoples like bombers & corrupt politicians can't we forgive one more person for the sake of game as austrailians did with shane warn who returned to international cricket after the match fixing incident.
I would like to see an article (analysis) of each ICL contracted player's profile. I don't even know most of the domestic players, would like to know more about them, so that I can better enjoy upcoming ICL matches.
I also wish, rediff will cover all ICL matches (live score, pics etc)

don't worry Jr. Zee will do that for you.
As they need very high acceptance in the country, they will run Indian Idol like shows for the league. That's their plan. They don't plan to earn from tickets they plan to earn from advertisements. Trust me, you will have so much info about these players, that you will get bored.
and sure, rediff will cover them. as long as it pulls crowds to their website, rediff doesn't mind. it is not as if rediff is married to bcci.
let the fun begin! now bcci should start its own league and let players move whatever league they want to whenever they want to subjecting to contracts!!!!!
DEAR ALL INDIANS LET FIGHTS AGAINST BCCI OR MR POWER . EVERY INDIAN HAVE RIGHTS TO RE-PRESENT INDIA, HOW COME BCCI CAN BAN THEM. BECUZ OF ICL WE ARE ALSO ON WORLD MAP SAME PLAYING LIKE COUNTY GOOD MOVE MR KAPIL DEV BUT PLEASE DONT INVOLVE POLITICS IN GAME .
Nothing to be serious dear friends. It is all power of money which is working. Kapil too have got a good slice of profits expected from this venture. Otherwise, he could have done it earlier and he had a good say in the cricket administration. Poor people of India, getting serious over media hypes. Great work Essal Group. Keep it up. Keep on moving country people sentimentaly...

It is good that ICL emerged. Talented players shall have better chances to play here. Influence wont work here. Such system is needed since long and let us welcome it.

Nobody is saying Essel and S Chandra are going to save the cricket in this cricket. He is out there to make some prooft. Nobody cares a damn abount who is making money. All people want is to watch some good cricket. If ICL can provide better entertainment than the stupid ranji trophy which nobody watches then so be it.
