Leave the genius alone
by nitin on Oct 10, 2006 06:41 PM

Hi,
A very good article. But then why does it talk about Tendulkar era. I think he hasnt finished yet and probably he has still 4-5 years of cricket left.

Please avoid refering to the era.

Thanks,
Nitin

Leave the genious alone

I think most of the people have not got the message from the article. I found some still suggesting something to the master.

A well compiled article which should make many critics shut their mouth. Tendulkar is not only a role model for many Indians but also to millions across the world. Be proud that he is a fellow Indian, lets not criticise his playing style and his success rate as he has gone past the success pillar way back in his life.

Let us all sit back and enjoy his presence on the pitch.

Nice article

Hello,

I totally agree with the article posted on Sachin, and yes he is a true genius who puts relenteless efforts to better himself. If he does not play well, no body needs to say that to him.He is the biggest critic of his game.Remember the test in chennai against pakistan...after having scored a century and got out when our team needed JUST 20 runs..and our team failed to get those pithy number...he sat in the dressing room..burying his face in his hands with penitence....and not attending the presentation ceremeony for getting man of that match award??
what else do u need as a testimony for his passion and dedication to the game?? His contribution to the game, most importantly the Indian cricket is INIMITABLE:) I feel extremely nostalgic when I watch the highlights of his sharjah menace against australians...and a thought wafts across..."How long more can I watch this genius grafting his straight drive...?":) and for me he is none less than an Idol!!

I was the first one to agree that your article "leave the genius alone" was really good and posted some more comments on it. Yet it is appalling to note that my comments have not appeared at all on the board!

Any particular reason?

Good work Gaurav,

Nice article. Firstly, I thank god to have given me the privilege of being born in India and secondly at a time when Sachin ruled!! Good to know there are more like me who have similar feelings for the man :) I will have no regrets in life other than few years from now I may not see this little genius in operation. However, I'll make sure that I live a lifetime in the next few years........

Hats off to you! Tendulkar is god and I agree I am lucky to have been born in time to watch him play.. People trying to belittle his achievements have not achieved even 1% of what Sachin has done. Critics, please leave him alone...
