Make the cricketers accountable, drop the seniors who fails even if it means 2 or 3 are to be dropped at a time.In todays world of sports, the best technology is at their disposal, why dont the players make use of it?play back the video clipping of their dismissal or battering that they received from their opponents while bowling and listen to the comments of experts,use the grey matter make corrections and for God's sake try not to repeat it. India would improve alot.And will be able to lose with a fight!! Forget about winning for they have miles to go.

It is high time that our players realise that there should be some sort of accountability for the performance. If any player fails to deliver, he should be replaced with performers. You cannot have player/s in the team who scores 10/14/16/18 runs and so on consecutively. SA debacle has been caused mainly due to the dismal performance of top-order batsmen while our bowlers have done exceptionally well.
While blaming Tendulakar for poor performance and missing Dravid, Sehwag must be fully satisfied with his 10 runs innings (better that 0, 2,4 in previous innings). I believe he is one of the major culprits of indian defeat fro long time. He does not deserve place in final 11.
Good teams dont take much time to adapt to the conditions. We are sill not in the learning stage. We have already lost the series. Australians or South Africans for that matter come well prepared when they tour india.They know what to expect from indian pitches and conditions.Similarly indians should not make blame the conditions for the failure.This is not the first time most of the players are touring south Africa.
