It is high time that the Indian Cricket Board takes note of Consistently Non Performing Players basking in Past Glory.
In the best interests of the game the board must give a serious thought of puttting those under performers back on the Domestic Circut and bring them to the bigger league purely based on consistent perfomance.
Seniority or Personality or One's Influnence on the Power Body should not be a hurdle at all..

If kiran More has guts he should take the descision to drop sachin and sehwag like he did with saurav . Both have not only not contributed to batting but also have dropped catches .If a great player like saurav can be dropped then the same fate should be meted out to the two senior citizens as well.
What kumble is to bowling in testmatches , the same is Laxman to indian middle order batting in test matches. Laxman should be given preference over Yuvraj, Jaffer, Kaif and Sehwag in all test matches that India play. Laxman missing at No. 3 or No. 4 is the unstability in the present batting order. His consistency is at par or sometimes better than Dravid in test matches.
please come out of hole you selectors, where is your theory and thesis or Was it only for ganguly. In pakistan series Moin Khan told about sachin then every person scold me also I was with him. But this is fact. both these two guys S & S need to go back home, there is no more confidence inside there.

dravid is a hard working lad who puts his all into the game. His sincerity to the game and the team comes through everytime. Its not fair to give him epithets such as the WALL etc. We should wish him well in his endeavours and feel satisfied that he will try his best and not shortchange his fans.
Its time Sachin retires and makes way for someone else. If it at all Indian team is dreaming of winning world cup then I hope that Sachin is not playing in world cup.
Take an example of Nasir Hussan former England captain and please for god sake take the retirement gracefully and don't spoil the career of young blood which is doing exceptionally good these days.
