It is clear that Kiran Moore's wonderful prediction & comments on our Indian Team. We should not see any partiality on our players, everybody are performing well.
Sachin has bad time, but he will be the best against any champions and Saurav too had bad luck, but he will the best striker against any teams. We should leave them alone, let them relax and prepare the battle.
As Indian, we should not discourage them/ourselves. Start encouraging, we will see rising, glittering and precious. Yes, It is Sure !!!
More is a seasoned cricketer and a matured selector. He is right, we should leave players to perform. Let Sourav perform well in domestic cricket and then claim a place in Indian ODI team. Sachin is playing after a long layoff, he is rusted a bit, he will gain momentum in the coming days.
Kiran More's comment to leave Sachin alone is only valid and acceptable when he has retired from crocket or is not representing Indian cricket team! We have every right to criticize him or any other cricketer for that matter as long as they are representing our country.
In fact More should read some article and interviews given by Aussie selectors here to know the difference between the interviews of politicians and sporting authorities. To me reading interview of More was a waste of time and I expect him to present his transparent views and opinion not only as a past cricketer but also as a national selector committee chairman!
All the High Profile English News TV Channels competing with one another and the other Regional News Channels have made it a point to "FLASH" any thing and every thing as IMPORTANT NEWS just to ensure that they appear to be a very important Players!
When this is the case how can they Leave Sachin Alone? They have 'talented staff' and ever willing camera crew to travel with them. All they have to do is to 'poke' a Mike to some one like VVS. Laxman. This poor guy will say "I have nothing to say". Next thing we will get to see on their Channel is "Laxman has no comments" flashing for the next 24 hours, until some one else says "No Comments".
When some one like Harbhajan puts his foot in to his mouth by commenting on controversial issues our 'friends' have a Field Day!
This is one waste of an interview. As chairman of selectors none of the questions asked were expected to provide any "masala". For instance, improvements in Dhoni - as a wicketkeeper I am sure More must have a lot of feedback, but did he give any here? Did he even mention that he helps out technically? Nope. If he had conceded to Sachin/Ganguly questions , the next question would have been why pick them? So was he going to follow that path? Nope. And what about pressure to pick certain members of the teams? It would have been better if the interview had revolved around issues not related to the National team.
Blaji was one of our top bowlers. He was doing great ? We need him in times where our bowlers are not doing well .... where is he ? Has the politics kept him out of the ODI team ?
