It is really unfair on Kaarthick to drop him.If the selectors had decided to give Dhoni a backup it should be Kaarthick and not patel.If Patel's Knock of two 60's in Pakistan has influenced his selection then Balaji should be selected ahead of Agarkar.
Mr. More : Pls make it clear the team you have seleCted is of INDIA or BCCI. If it is team India then you are definately answerable to 110 crore Indians. Why Ganguly was dropped and how was he taken back. Why poor Dinesh Kartik does not hail from Baroda and hence gets the stik. Inspite of a very responsible 95 in Calcutta hich enabled India to beat Pakistan. Mr. More you are biasd, you are cheating millions of Indians just to be in PAWAR games.

BCCI and other officials are preparing a team for 2007 World Cup, a team for future but intead of going ahead they are coming back,the exclusion of KAIF from pakistan tour is the borning example of this.
The main who scored many run with more than 50 avarage in last year is droped from team . and the excuse for his exclusion is "team want experience"
Please let me know 1)what is the use of that experience which cant score runs? 2)what is the use of that experience which create bad environment in dressing room 3)what is the use that experience which blocking the path of juniors.
Kaif made his debute when he was 19 years old and he is 25 , in these 6 year how much he played? , how much chance he got? dravid and gangully played much more matches then kaif in there initial career, but why kaif is blocked? he is far better player than dravid, just give him ample chance he will prove this.
dravid took 100 matches to make his mark, but this guy became match winner from very early stage.but still he is strugling to find a place , please double standard selection and for god sake think about the nation and not individuals.
Bengali gundagardii won at last .. hats off to Selectors not just by including ganguly but also Parthiv Patel (Kiran More's pet) and excluding Kaif B'coz Ganaguly is a better replacement .... Lets hope Pak wins every match and Selectors might then be put to question 'Ganguly middle order batsman..' ?

Even U don't know anything about cricket.U r expecting India to lose against pakistan.Shame on you Bein an Indian.
Seems, things turn sour n sweet for Dada.. Abhijeet Kale got one year ban for influencing his selection in the team. Now its time.. the Chairman should at least keep four days for meeting each one in the existing team, so that none will feel the way Kaif must be feeling right now. Well, Kaif's standards and More's answer to media questions are absolutely undoubtable.. what else can one write? Well, no doubts, Ganguly must b in the team, but then BCCI should have asked that 17 players will b in the team, right? Or on more post of non-playing captain also can be created... for none other than the one in player whose chances to making to team India were in doubt... All in all one good thing.. now a days is that our team will be playing in neighbouring country with only 11 players of there country in the field, unlike old days, when 13 of them used to b fielded against 11 of the visiting team... got it na? Well, Gud luck Team India and Kaif too.. U'll make it to team India.. on sheer feilding performance even.. dont take this tour dropping decision to your heart.. Kaif.. You are in the heart of every Indian..
It is a shame that politics has to be the final factor in making good sporting decisions in the National cricket team. To drop Mohammed Kaif from the side who is a consistent performer and a good fielder is a sad state of events. India really should look to Australia as far as setting an example. When Steve Waugh in the home triseries against NewZealand and South Africa was dropped as Captain and from the team, they formed the team to win the world cup. I wonder when these damn politicians will stop interfering with the bcci and let the selectors make their decisions. In order to be a champion team you also have to be a champion sportsman and maintain your standards.
