It's just a GAME. If you DON'T PERFORM. You no longer merit a place in the TEAM. This is just not worth DEBATING ABT in the Lok Sabha. We have MORE PRESSING ISSUES. This has made us INDIANs SECOND CLASS citizens in the WORLD. Concentrate on what really MATTERS.

what else can we expect from such downgrade politicians who spend crores in the parliament discussing one man who is in a billion and represents a game which does not have standing even in cricket playing nations .

the whole world is laughing at us because we have this as front page news and the whole nation is discussing the issue.
IS ganguly that important to the nation ?
we have other important things to discuss in the parliament we have crores of youths with problems and crores of other problems in every part of India but .. all are secondary first ganguly. we have to see that he is not a victim of bad politics rest all of us are spared from bad politics.
Common india we need to stop this injustice to ganguly raise your voice against this and let the MP's spend days in discussion over this matter let the newsprint flow with this stories and forget the cash for MP's scam the other scams, the corruption .
Someone said that selection committe is stupid, I don't agree with him/her. I say all Indian people who r doing this nonsense of raising the issue of Ganguly's exclusion are stupid. Especially all the people in Parliament or Loksabha. Thats the reason India is still not doing as is projected to do in next few years. Instead of focussing on country and its economy, all politicians are now focussing on Ganguly, who is the worst player India has ever produced(apart from his leadership skills). Sometimes I keep on wondering that perhaps now Ganguly knows that he cannot get into the team in straight way, so he is trying his political contacts for getting into the team. Message for Ganguly: You have earned enough money for rest of your life and for you next generation also. So please give chance to new talent, rather than just blocking one seat in first 11 and doing nothing like Srinath and Venkatesh Prasad.
Its appalling to know that our lawmakers are more concerned at removal of a player from a national team than they are about burning issues in the country. They'd be much better off concentrating on welfare on plight of their constituents.
