Hey Sachin I agree with you. USA has all the currency notes of same size but with different specifications such a picture. We can do away with Rs 1000 and 500 notes.

Downsizing the Government
by Ravinder Malhotra on Feb 21, 2010 06:05 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Dear FM,
Does anyone in the Congress leadership have the guts to take up the issue of downsizing the government? By the governments own admission, 68% of revenues collected through direct and indirect taxes goes towards payment of salaries of governement servants.

Don't provide Bangalore IT TOP Brass free Land, Tax Free Business, Interest Free Loans for their Asset.

Bangalore IT Deloy LTTES & Terrirst Malbaris for corporatized state terrorism !!!

Bangalore IT are also giving Bribe to clients for getting the Projects percentage wise which is higher than Political percentage.

Bangalore IT procument team, Vendor bidding team, HR Team(back door entry) all are in the Bribe Game, they are getting percentage wise commision.

Even Bangalore IT TOP Boses are working on the percentage wise Bribe Model, they get percentage of the Project Cost.

Bangalore IT Bribe Model is excellent model compare to Political Model.

Look at the working Model of the Bangalore IT, they have created Many enemies by layoff, compare to creating of jobs in the country.

Bangalore IT TOP Boses are Roaming under the Security Cover of LTTEs & Terrst Mabaris.

They can't Roam freely as they have done much damage to Employees & has got Greater Threat from LTTEs & Malbaris Layoff.

Increase Competition to Reduce Corruption!!!
by Skewed on Feb 21, 2010 04:31 PM  Permalink

Just see the corruption level and cartelisation in Cement Industry. It is just because
India's production capacity is 175-190 Mn ton whereas the conusmption is to the tune of 225-250 Mn. tone.
Inspite of knowing that cement sector requires at least 30-40 cement cos , Govt is not willing because some of the ministers are getting benefit in terms of 1-2 Rs. per bag. Welspun, Ruchi Group, Emami, Reliance,Nirma, ABG, Essar, etc have shown their interest but none of them is find road easy because of Govt. laxity. Nirma plant is lying on coldstorage for last 8 years or so. Because govt officials are putting roadblock to stall it.

Regulation
by jhonny k on Feb 21, 2010 03:07 PM  Permalink

1. Too much of regulation,
2. big government,
3. lack of accountability of govt employees,
4. too much of power to bureaucrats are the source of corruption,.

I don't think Govt of india has any desire to curtail the above as it serves there purpose. Govt of india is the architect of the above 4points mentioned, designed to achive there goals of looting indians.

Corruption
by Prabagar Balakrishnan on Feb 21, 2010 02:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

How corruption can survive? If someone can get away with his all wrong doings thats where corruption starts. We need easy access to report whenever we have difficulty and the proper action. How can I report about a police Insector to his higher official, as they are in same department. I think Police department should be corrected in a massive way, have the highly educated people in police department. Held accountable for every project and in every office, he may have others accountable officially for each work he give to others, He should be punished strongly, no excuse, then everything will go fine.
