How corruption can survive? If someone can get away with his all wrong doings thats where corruption starts. We need easy access to report whenever we have difficulty and the proper action. How can I report about a police Insector to his higher official, as they are in same department. I think Police department should be corrected in a massive way, have the highly educated people in police department.
