They are "losing medals". What are we Indians getting uptight about. We never want to see ourselves in the mirror and look at the pathetic sight of our sports when compared with the big powers of sports. Apart from cricket WE ARE BAD AT EVERYTHING ELSE. Lets get real and smell the roses. 1.25 billion citizens and 2 losing medals IS JUST NOT WORTH IT. It like what Morgan Piers is right "Time to stuff the bunting and get on with the training".
Indian have so many politicians,film acters,sports person sitting on wealth which is enough for their 10 generations. Why dont they make their children sports persons i mean except cricket. they are capable of spending on thei own for sports as costly as Shooting etc. Look at our BharatRatna sachin. he could have trained his son to be some one other than cricketer. Why cant he do that.You need middle class people to earn medals. how can middle class people in addition to paying taxes can invest their children future in sports where the success rate of clicking is very less. where as rich can afford to do that. Look at Abhinav's parent they invested on him since they could afford and look at result. Why cant others stinking rich people follow this
Tell Morgan that 70% of their entire medals are coming from athletes who are migrated to UK in last few years, which means you buy the awards from poor African countries.. Is that your achievement which u want to cherish?

It's in fact USA who wins big number of medals through african origin citizens, that too not 70%. Don't make generic statements , get your facts right.

There are total 8 athlete who won 12 medals for GB are born in other countries and further 6 athele parents migrated to GB in last 18 years who gave 9 medals (see bbc documentary). I may be wrong telling 70% but I have substantial correct saying that these rich countries are getting medal due to above reason. Yes ! we feel bad when some one criticizes because they see the result not the efforts of these sports persons under pathetic conditions. At times I feel frustrated and at time feel sad for the sports persons .So many great Rich & mighty started -mostly politicans started splurging money - as if it is their grnd fathers money (Not that Ienvy it ) What was training facilties ,how many grounds do we have - just go and see in countries like US,UK,China and Germany etc . Rich and famous talk a lot how much do they contribute - Not that I respect people like Sobha De. Do you think all these people will wake up - politicans ,R&F (Riff RAFF) Ho many have really helped one athelete or person in pther sports .Every one wants to get in to Cricket IPL - not love for sports but more than enough money is there plus all betting . CAn these people do something for sports or busy looting .Shame and disgusting .Look sometimes from others point of view ,not an Indian but an outsider .Let me tell you ,nothing will change in the next four years - forget Modi ,Rahul ,Nitin and the fodder theif no one cares .When a nation can not provide good drinking water what are we proud of . We are great nation in sloganeering . Rich are too busy with looting and making money -we proudly annouce 2000 billionaires in the society or 20,000 but how many earned it through values and ethcis .Every election we see millionaires and millionaires in politics - even blood*thieves ,pick pocketers and black maar
