Indian boxer Sarita face AIBA probe
by P S SHAH on Oct 01, 2014 10:44 PM

Why can't AIBA show complete footage to reputed international judges to give Meir mark to the boxers and if they decide against Sarita it will be acceptable to all. This is a clear cut cheating and reprieved medal to a deserving Sarita.

Well done Sarita

First of all, the non-existence of protest against judge in itself is a loophole which South korea is utilizing to bribe the judges.

First AIBA should get their system right before questioning Sarita.

We are with you Sarita... you deserved a shot at gold and it was injustice that was shown to u.

No matter what is the outcome, we fully support u.

Seems like AIBA officials hav made up their mind before hearing both sides!!! So no value for their judgement left!!! But Sarita had options....she still cud hav accepted the medal...only to come out more ruthlessly in nxt international games or Olympics stopping on a gold only.....this wud hav been a befittin reply!!! Tears donot make legends or winners....they only show weakness!!! In sports....game spirit is essential in the interest of the game....n talkin abt her sacrifice for her child....she has only reduced its importance!!! Hope she realizes it some day...

Sir. With due respect to your opinions.

Let us consider this. This is not a WWF fight where even if you are cheated you call on that opponent the next night and defeat her more. This is not an mma or a tennis or our bcci where it happens so regularly you are almost sure to meet the opponent this year itself.

This events like asiad Commonwealth and Olympics happen once in 4 years. And putting ourselves in her shoes. How much would I have waited for that day . for that one gold match I would have trained months and months. And then you are robbed in daylight !!

No Nonsense

Sarita have proved to the World that we Indians do not tolerate nonsense and express our feelings in non violent way. She did not fling the medal away just politely returned it. Officiating bias has always been there in sports particularly against Indian sports persons.

Its really shameless that even waste corrupt officials are complaining against sarita. These officials should be thrown out of country, even their families should be thrown out of country. Our humble request to officials from international boxing federation is they first carefully examine the facts
