by madanmohan siddhanthi on Feb 27, 2012 08:21 AM  | Hide replies

See the reward declared - some of peons or clerks in government offices earns this money as bribe every month .In circket every state givernment will come out with money for cricketers and plots for cricketers . This may not be toughest competition ,all the same ,there is a refreshing change in the Indian side - fast which was never same .See the physique , we are puny and look aboslutely malnuetrisioned - with the pittance we give to other sports ,how can they excel ? It is disgusting . i still see the name of gill -the murderer of the game .Politicians kill sport in this country -see the fighting in Hockey bodies get rid of these scum and leaches we will be the best again. Get sportpersons and professionals - not political tattoos

Cricket to be banned and all money should be diverted to Hockey and Football
Will any consumer producer make Sandeep Singh their brand ambassador in place of Dhoni and Sachin who are bringing shame for India in-spite of earning 200 crore every year
Will corrupt BCCI will share few crores to these poor heros

Firend are you dreaming -Come IPL ,with businessmen , film stars and huge public and psonsors -what differance it makes ? People like you and me feel bad because BCCI Team loses -please note I do not call this Indian Team . The only people who can do some thing is public and we know outr public example we elecet time and agin same corrupt and criminal politicians .So friend no hockey only Cricket and that too IPL with 5 year boundaries.I will challenge even we will not win 202-20 matches outside India.

Shame on Rediff
by New Blogger on Feb 27, 2012 07:02 AM

What a shame! Cricket has been given 4 stories by Rediff whereas they are doing only one thing - to loose.

Whereas in Hockey where we have won and which needs to be supported only one story!!!

Tribute to Dhyan Chand

The man in whose name the stadium is, would have been proud. Whatever be the quality of the oposition, such domination by India is rarely seen. That made the day, when the men in blue went down under. Looking forward to the olympics. Keep it up boys
