india started to struggle with the introduction of astroturf because game has become more fast and indians with their loopy fitness struggle against fitter teams. If early olympic games were held on astro turf I doubt if India would win 6 golds on trot
this was expected, india last beaten holland in hockey in 1986 and australia, germany some 10 years back. why blaming this team only. they were good enough to play and this gonna continue in future also until some serious steps are not being taken at ground level

you idiot our cricketers are the worst. Inspite of getting best facilities and earning crores they were thrashed 0-4 by both england and australia
shame on the indian team,finishing last in the event,losing to novices like belgium,&south africa.lot was expected from this team coached by australian nobbs. former hockey stars ajitpal singh,jagbirsingh had predicteda podium finish for india. these two cartoons should never be invited in future for TV comments.
now as usual let us say: "Playing in Olympics is not easy" (like it was easy when Team Dyanchand won 3 Olympics Golds) "Selectors are to be blamed" (why can't you have professional players as Sports Minister, Federation Head etc.) "Turf Color" (Please give us a break) "They outsmarted us" (As though they had come to loose at your hands) "neither could pakistan do well" (that's the best we can compare ourselves with)

Gajananji,You want professional player as sports minister.Also pl.say finance minister should be a chartered accountant and not an hopeless unelected advocate.Law portfolio must be by BL and so on.In India everything is mess because of our rotten democracy.There is no qualification for voting.As illiterates are more in number you have only fools managing portfolios and eventually no positive results will come.
