When it comes to listen to public. BABUS have a thick skin. When there is direct critiscism, they have very thin skin. Everybody is scared of BABUS in Mantralayas. So is Rediff.

Everyone seem to be missing one point . The bandicoot culprits are the civil services officers who are the executives. This pompous egoistic lot are sitting back and enjoying the fun .The British have rightly diagonised the Indian system , that there is too much disconnect between the various departments.Meaning there is no coordination . Don't we know this as sufferers ? An example security has been tightened , so much so that no one , even the labourers are not allowed in without a substantial delay leading to conflict between the Home Ministry and the Games Secretariat. And time is running short. So to sum it up - no one is in charge .
