Which m0r0n decided on India?
by Rajah on Sep 22, 2010 10:51 PM

For crying out loud, which m0r0n decided on organizing any games in a sh1th0le like India? Nothing built after the British left ever compared to the infrastructure of the British. All projects ever since have been infested with inefficiency, corruption, stupidity, and laziness. India has been a dump ever since independence - always will be. Nothing ever built there or made there after independence is even worth what I flush down the toilet every morning. "Made in India" is equivalent to "Will not work".

Apologies to anyone that was offended including you timepass ji
by Sanjay on Sep 22, 2010 04:50 PM

I do worry about the games and the bad impact it will have on India if they don't go ahead. It's a really bad situation. But equally I'm fed up of reading the big negative headlines in the papers and seeing it as main news headline every minute. I am Indian and love the country but it's in the hands of people who are selfish and self-centered. With that final comment, I shall leave you in peace. Jai Hind.

Dude, Cricket ain't even a real sport. Let's stick to real sports here and not something where one pansy throws a ball and another hits it while the rest are asleep.

PS:Baseball sucks too before you point your finger at baseball.

High Time... UT status should be given to Delhi
by tarun khanna on Sep 22, 2010 04:38 PM

Its well demonstrated by Delhi Government that before nation thier own vested interest comes....and east delhi being the vote bank for congress.. they intentionally developed Games village thier make thier voters happy...so that real estate prices should skyrocketed in these badly managed area...Delhiites should not stop taking all for granted... should protest to get the UT status for Delhi back, with all multiple control on agencies and chaotic structure of administration... this blunder was expected....
Police is under.. Central... MCD under delhi govt...DDA under central.... this give more room for corrupt, dishomest.. people to get away as hard tp fix any accountability... Its really frustrating... as citizen... how few incompetent and greedy people take National pride for ride.

You people never understand!!!
by Akshay Singh on Sep 22, 2010 04:36 PM  | Hide replies

It is nothing but a part to strategy of congress to defame the MMS.
Basically, in next general election congress want to see Rahul as PM...but you know as MMS image is very good at the moment so many people will not agree to remove the MMS from PM post. So they have to found some alternative to do this process. Now it is perfect for congress to start defame the MMS so that people them self start crying to remove MMS.
And I strongly believe that in next 2-3 you will see many incidents by congress party of such types to defame the MMS image.

Anurodh Dayal
CWG New Delhi
by Anurodh Dayal on Sep 22, 2010 04:35 PM

I am staying at Hyderabad and but visit Delhi almost every month. The way work was going in entire Delhi it is impossible to complete the work in time. Our sports minister Mr Gill looks to me completely immature with the statement that like Indian wedding we can finish every thing in last moment.
I would like to remind the National games, world military games and Afro games at Hyderabad under the the leadership of Sh Chnadra Babu Naidu. The HICC, Hitech city the only convention center in India of international level and maintain even now.
Delhi people are used to live in dirty atmosphere the word cleanness does not exists for CM Delhi and sports minister and OC of CWG. In the month of July the condition of New Delhi station was worst than any railway station of Andhra Pradesh. As you come out from Platform no 1 there is no road. I think the DElhi so called capital of India does not have basin facility like proper railway station, bus station etc. If some foreigner visits these places he will redefine the growing image of India.
