this is football not cricket. aussis have shown what they are capable of by getting out from the group stage.
Italy, England , France and Denmark all these European team and their style of play has gone from bad to worse. These team dont deserve to be in the knock out stages...
Probably the best match till date in this tournament. The last 15 mts was breathtaking. Italy deserves it, one of the player started the drama in the net after scoring a goal by pushing Slovakia’s goal keeper and then he punched him back. Both got yellow cards. They did the same thing in previous world cup finals by insulting Zidane.
Most of the time italy played as defensive and only in the last 15 mins they scored 2 goals when they played some attacking football. Had they played attacking football from the start the result would have been different. Italy played awfully in the entire WC and they deserved to be out.

italy is never an attacking team....it has always been known for its defence!!!!! arent u able to make it out from the bahurani in congress????
so they deserved to win. Italy were sleeping in all the three matches. They only woke up in the last 15 minutes of yesterdays match.Moreover they lacked good strikers like Totti, Luca Toni, Antonio Cassano. Quagliarella sadly got a chance just yesterday and did a goal. Congrats Slovakia.I hope you beat Holland and go further to quarter finals, which is not an easy task.

they deserves 100% for this first round exit,bcs in the last world cup finals they didnt won by playing their player said some thing stupid to the Great ZIDANE and made him angry and got a PENALTY and then they won. It is not a sporting way to play.Thats why i say they deserve to be lossers.

mr satya singh..your views are pathetic like you. why you feel so happy if Italy exists from world cup.. They were champions before and qualified this time, is'nt it good enough. They can bounce back at any time, they have so much talent, unlike India who will never qualify for Soccer in the near future. You are not qualified to comment like this..

I don't know why are you wasting your precious time commenting on other countries. Do make celebration about Indian truimpt at Asia Cup in Sri Lanka and don't bother about the game where India is not playing.
