Some one should be held accountable
by Chandran Ganapathy on Aug 24, 2010 04:04 PM

Some one should be held accountable for this mess and made to answer for this. It could lead to some powerful persons in Chennai - who probably do not like Anand's antecedents et.. I am sure of this.

These stupids dont deserve him
by sandeep chitkara on Aug 24, 2010 04:04 PM  | Hide replies

Anand brought countless medals and laurels to india and these morons cant see the indian flag on his side while playing thousand of tournaments. And they still doubt his integrity. Any other sport in which we are four times world champion (except snooker)?

Living in spain is his compulsion as he has to play lot of tournaments in europe.

The fact is they dont deserve just a great sportsman and even a greater human being

Even if he is living in Spain, why should he be liable to answer. Most tennis players and golf players (Indians or otherwise) live in US. Even most of our big babus and netas have all their families settled in US/Europe while they continue sucking Indian blood. Yet, nobody questions their integrity! Pathetic.

Because he is afraid of mosquitoes and babus/netas of India, just like everybody here are. Only we do not get a chance to live in Europe. Those who get, are actually living it and nobody questions them.

You can still honor a world champion!
by gs priv on Aug 24, 2010 03:55 PM

I don't see why the world champion in chess (a game that is played in virtually every country on the planet) cannot be honored with a degree, regardless of his nationality!
