Dont understand why so many people want to live and die like dogs in a country that is governed by donkeys. Vishy has an opportunity to publicly burn the passport and move on to a better society. Its takes a common man three months to get his passport on tatkal, unless he is willing to pay good bribe money to the cops who visit him to check his credentials.

For the record, chess competitions are held mostly in Europe, so it's just a matter of convenience. But since you're so good at jumping to conclusions, I too will jump to one and guess that he does not want to stay in a country populated by nitwits like you! :)

chess tournaments are not held throughout the year. he is staying in spain only because he doesnt like india and becos he can afford to live in spain..

He is bringing laurels to India which buffoons like you can't. How does it matter whether he stays in Spain or Timbuktoo.
Which logic says that to bring laurels to the country, you need to stay here only? Also, for his massive tour schedule for playing so many international tournaments, he must've figured out that Spain is logistically best placed as a home. After all, he also deserves to rest at home in between.
