It is really good for the game of tennis to have so many talented players at the top. Tennis was about to slip into a one man affair(read Federer) till about 2007. But Nadal, Djokovic and Murray is adding more spice to the game. Now we have another guy too. Good for the viewers.

Prize money isn't that big a deal. The men make way more than women in endorsements and ad contracts !

You cannot compare men's tennis with women's tennis. They are 2 different genders. So naturally their physical levels are different. But this does not mean that they do not deserve equal pize money. After all they are not competing against one another but only amongst themselves! It's not like a corporate job where one can substitute another. By this token, you may expect less pay for women's 100 m champion vs men's 100 m champion. Obviously there will be a time difference. Even women's tennis has improved over the years in terms of power. So, it's all evolving but can never be equal.
Good for the game , Its nice to have so much talent showing up. the quality game has been improving and will continue to do so
There is lesson for cricket, Have a circuit of matches and trophy, Dont play games just because two countries are free and have nothing to do, There should be a calender !!
Very good match and Del Potro deserves the victory. His shots had precision and accuracy and it was just his day. Congrats Del Potro for the first Grand Slam title win.
