We need patience....
by manjunath naik on Sep 14, 2009 11:06 PM

Its a humble beginning. Don't lose hope. A billion Indians definitely has many a F1 driver in the making. Just be patient and results will show. Patience is the need of the hour in every field for us Indians. My advice; dont despair, work hard.

He was feeling very good last week after Fisi's win.But he went away. After some time Sutil will also go.
Then the rookies will be left.

How can we have F1 Drivers
by nandkumar misal on Sep 14, 2009 09:26 PM  | Hide replies

We Indians are exposed to the world of filthy roads, dug up roads, which is fit enough for bullock carts,No F1 Infrastructure, even for needy drivers.. how can we create super heroes for F1, MR Mallya
Indian Govt still consider F1 has an entertainment than a serious sport, I think its time for india to think in a matured way towards sports..

he is right!
by Prashant Datar on Sep 14, 2009 09:08 PM

Vijay Mallya is absolutely right. It is his job to ensure that his team that bears the country's name does well. The car is now up to the mark so the guys driving it better be up to the mark too. He should not give in to these silly demands for an Indian driver. What would we rather see: Force-India doing well with experienced, qualified drivers or coming in last with some no-good rookie?

Where Mallya was born?
by MGR on Sep 14, 2009 08:12 PM  | Hide replies

Mallya was born in India and has named his racing team "FORCE INDIA".
The only F1 team with country name in it.
He has to try one Indian Driver and the other his choice, obviously any Foreigner.

Firstly, he is in no way obliged to name or hire an Indian.
Secondly, still he names it Force India,
He even heeds to suggestion being made of a Indian Driver at the least.
I wont see a more patrotic person than him.
Now you all dumb heads why dont u keep your mouth shut and let him concentrate on his formula one team.
He knows what is best for him is the reason he is there.

Can an Indian ever command and write English like Me?

Can an Indian ever have such a Royal and Classy attitude like the one I have?,

It's another thing that I am born in this land & I'm quiet duty bound to it, but "Soul" is all Saxon, Anglo - Saxonic, to be more specific!

Myself, The Germans & The British, Share something irrebuttably common,.haa..ha
