I congratulate you for your historic achievement in Badminton as I was also a Badminton player. You brought fame to the country. Wish you best of luck for future competition
That was an awsome achievement by Saina! We have an upcoming star, but for god's sake, I request the media to leave her alone... Let her only concentrate on her game alone. I hope her parents counsel her wisely and keep her away from advertising and all limelight.
We have already seen how Sania Mirza has fizzled away after initial promise. I hope that not happen to Saina. We want an international champion, not someone who wins national competitions and loses at 1st or 2nd round in the international games!

Abe joker, Sania Mirza has gone down the drain because she is a loser. She is not focussed at all. Media and ads have nothing to do with her game. There are large number of sport stars who are followed by media everywhere but none of them starts losing like Sania.
On the contrary, Saina Nehwal is dead focussed, she is improving throughout, she is making big news since she was world number 29 and now she is 7 and moving up. I don't think anything distracts this wonder lady. Kudos to her effort and may media give her the attention she deserves.
This girl is far better then that SANIA MIRZA who is nothing but a media hype. Let us make available all the facilities she needs to win the world championship. She may not be as good looking as that SANIA MIRZA but certainly is far superior.

Saina is NO Better than SANIA. It is simply that Tennis has too tough compitition. Had Miss Mirza entered Badminton she would have won even more titles than Nehwal. No need to compare Both players every time.

Disproportionate praises, fame and limelight saw Sania fizzle out. She did show initial promise but the public attention she got in India would have been more than what Roger Federer gets in Switzerland.
Sania will be a very interesting case study of the rise and fall of an Indian player playing individual sport. Our media and sports fans should learn lessons from Sania's case and not let it happen to other upcoming players.
Her recent victory is a unique feat for an Indian.I was surprised to learn that MERE Rs 2 lakh is granted by our sports authority.Talents are not recogmised by our country.
Your feat has not only makes me happy but I feel proud Indian! All the best for your future career and look forward to many more such titles to come to you. Shriprakash
