The funniest thing is that after every 1st or 2nd round win, sania writes columns in almost all newspapers...this time around also she wrote how she braved her injury so on and so forth...and now she will write how she fought hard, how her injury was bothering her etc etc...she will never write though that she lost to world no 101 or something...
Rather than writing columns after every win, if she concentrates more on her game and practice, she will do a world of good for herself...
She must understand that shez no Rafa or Fedex who can write columns and also win titles after titles...
There is a saying that you can't pump air into a cat to get a tiger. Too much of gas has been pumped by the media to make Sania look like a world-class tennis player.

Her fitness and stamina need to be improved. she has to start playing tennis with men to improve her game.
I like her consistency. She is always defeated in 2nd or 3rd round. India cricketers needs to learn from her. Just making million of rupees in advertisement and posing with Bollywood stars like SRK is not good enough. You need to also be consistent like her.

Sabatini won One US open beating Steffi Graf. She won many ATP Tire 1 tournaments. She has taken Argentina singlehandedly to FED Cup finals. She is an olympic medalist. You and Sania are losers.

Anna Ivanovic is already a champ coming 3 years after Sanai did. She practiced in an empty swimming pool in war torn serbia. Can you explain that? Thats a champion. Sunder Lal and Avinash...... The first thing an Indian dose whena fellow indian critizises someone is to compare what you have acheived compared to the party critizied. This is wrong. You have the right to critizize coz you feel let down. If someone sold you something like a cell phone and it it did not match your expectations you can critizize. What if you get a reply from the guy who has sold you that "Thank God you got at least this, can you make this out of your own?" The same with me critizing Sania Mirza.
In the US and Europe players are paid astronomical sums coz they perform. When they dont they are droped. Not like this biryani eating mediocore player who is in the headlines coz of only one reason. There are no one to challenge her in this sports ignorant country.

I have been telling in this forum for the past 3 years that she is the most hyped player in all the sports in the entire universe. She dose'nt deserve to be a national headline for losing a 2nd round match. Friends, please dont be emotional like she is the first indian first muslim first woman etc etc she is an overrated bimbo. She is already 23 a ripe old age fr a tennis pro and next year whe will be 24. She is who she is coz of idiots in our country who dont know anything about sports. There was one player called Nirupama Vaidyanathan who lost in the 1st rd of teh australian open 10 years back. That is acheivement. In this decade reachinga 2nd round is no big deal.Please stop this Sania Mania.
