If Bopanna & Amritharaj doesn't like to play under Leander why bothering them? India have many players greater than or equal to them. But not many think that current crop of players can play like Paes did(for the country). May be after sometime there will be a player like Paes. Paes -who had beaten Sampras once,won a bronze medal in the Atlanta Olympics(in fact, the way he achieved, fighting until he get it make that medal glitter than GOLD) and kept The Tri-colour Flag and his head high,led Indian sports from 20 to 21st century- is the GREATEST. Just Remember that!
It is really going bad to worse for indian tennis. 2 junior players refused to play under the captainship of Paes. Itis really surprising that they are player on behest of Bhupati are questioning the dignity of Leander paes, to whom Indians have a lots of respects and love. AITA should act firmly against those players, who are playing dirty games for Indian Tennis.
Let them out from the team if they don't want to play under the captainship Of Paes. We have many talents in Indian Tennis

Even today neither Bopanna nor Amritaraj can defeat Paes in a singles...These two talk as if they have achieved too much for the country..Atleast achieve half what has Paes has,before talking ill about him..I f you think you ae not prepared to play then I may even make myself available for the same anadnarayan

FOR you information Prakash Amritraj is a American citizen only 2 years back his Great father got him Indian passport and citizenship and then only he played for india.. He was born and brought up in AMERICA...I still remeber he saying if i was in India i would not have reached this level..i dont know what level is he talking ranked 280 huh...Leander is a legend for India

I would say auction them also let some one with more than needed money buy them and use them to win matches, all will b distributed so there would be no problem, money getting from it can b used to train younger players.
Who are P Amritraj and Bopanna ? Have they any great standing as that of Leander Paes ? So why the big fuss ? Either play quietly or quit.It is understandable if they had won a grand slam like Hesh. Hesh plays for his country and does not take bribes like other sporstmen in cricketand his patriotism is just unquestionable.
Indian tennis is already in the dumps and the last thing we need is this sort of politics. Time was when we had outstanding players like Ramanathan Krishnan, Ramesh Krishnan and Vijay Amritraj who were ranked in the top 20 and routinely led India to davis cup successes. We were in the league of nations like Sweden, Australia, France. We reached the finals thrice the last one being in 1987. Now we are left to challenge the likes of Uzbekistan, Pakistan. As though that wasn't enough the players are involved in politics to drag us further down.What a pitiable state.

Idiot! Learn to look beyond what you see in glamour and media. Bhupati has won more Grand Slam titles than Paes. While Paes is one of the great player of India, he is enough media savvy to portray himself as the great saviour of Indian Tennis and paint others as Villain.
