Paes should not get miffed up. We saw this happen in the film "Chak de India" where the girls all ganged up against Kabir Khan their coach. However, better sense prevailed and the girls and their coach later got rewarded on the astro turf. My point is AILTA should back Paes and if required discard the likes of Bhupati, Bopanna and Amriraj Jr. After all discipline and commitment are the two most important things in sports and for that Leander's integrity is beyond doubt.
These youngsters rightlfully complained to the right authorities about their grievances. If they cannot play under, Paes, let the board change the Leader. No one is indespansable. If they want someone else, let them have their choise. What is wrong in that? You cannot impose boss on any budding players. If they feel they are comforaable under some new boss and can play well, let them carry on..

well i agree with ppl here saying paes' done a lot for the country.....but what is happening is all coz of his stupidity(or whatever u can say,dunno what exactly it should be)...it is utter foolishness to go to the media n criticize teammates...that affects the team spirit...i have always quite known paes to be a bit rude....n it is also wrong on bop n prak's part to say that paes winning matches for the team that they cud easily get,is known of his bussiness....coz ultimately we won n that shows paes' commitment....but hats off to these all who pulled thru the win among these controversial issues....well this needs to be sorted out quite soon..as india is in a gud position to do well in davis cup this year...n so we shudn't be foolish enough to spoil our chances....but dont know wether to feel sorry for paes or not...it is after all quite everybody's mistake.

Gold Medal?? If you r talking about olympics, it was Bronze (no less an achievement though). If you meant Asian games where he has 3 gold medals, 2 of them are with Bhupati (doubles) and 1 with Mirza(mixed doubles!
Very unprofessional of the Indian players to complain like that. Mahesh may be behind this. Paes should do like Dhoni who kept the politician cricketer Ganguly away.

Dhoni is a bigger politician in keeping our best batsmen Ganguly and Dravid out. He himself plays worse than anything Dravid can manage (36 / 66 balls).

MY IDEA ON THIS DEBATE IS LITTLE BIT OF SENIOR AMRITRAJ ADVICE TO THESE PLAYERS, FORCE THEM TO COMPLAIN AGAINST PAES. AS BHUPATI IS ALREADY AGAINST PAES & JR. AMRITRAJ GOT PISSED OF AFTER DROOPING FOR 1 ST SINGLES AGAINST UZBEK.

who is prakash? agreed abt paes / bhupati stature. but prakash is nowhere near paes in achievement. he seems to hv taken his victory in his head.
