They cant beat them in Hockey too. The last time they beat them was 4 years back. They deserve this coz indians always tend to ignore the physicaly aspect of sports and will never ever learn.
Now lets hope that the Sardar at the helm of the IHF does not institute a "high level" probe of how India got into the semi finals. This actually defeats his purpose of being at the top.

yes very true, he in fact is ruining hockey. he should be replaced by some good veteran hockey players. this should apply for all sports in our country
Well done guys. Our cricketers will kill the game soon. You guys perform well, get more sponsors to promote the game. Indians will be before you. One surprise that is Indian Hockey had 8 consecutive olympic gold medals. But in Cricket just won one world cup. Hockey is played by more countries than Cricket. How come the game is not of more importance for Indians. Any answers?

The performance of our team reached rock bottom and at one stage they started digging. What else will you expect even if you have won 8 gold meadles in the past.
The change in coach has brought in fresh ideas and given a morale boost to the players. Good showing at Azlan Shah will doubtedly help as India has a fair chance in making to the final. However we should not get too excited about this success as we did not have top teams in the world - Holland, Spain, Germany, and even Australia fielded a second team for this tournament. Regardless of the caution, the good news of Indian Hockey success always makes us alll feel good and I am happy for the coach and the team. good Luck team India!!!!!!
