It is true that stronger countries take advantage. But I guess she has no idea about the time difference between Greece and US is 7-10 hours. And the national channel NBC is showing recorded events during prime time in US long after all the results are available in internet. It would be better to write after doing a little simple research.
Hope Anju can win..But please dont give much pressure on her that she will win the medal itself and come. That can be an inspiration for someone, but dont know the case of Anju, whether she can afford the tension if not winning a medal. Hope she can do it and all the best throughout her career. As an Indian and a mallu I feel very much proud to say if she wins the medal that she is from India and especially from Kerala(The God's own country). So the medal can be gift by her for the GOD's own country. Athlets like P.T.Usha and so many others are great inspirers and encouragement for Anju. Me too like all others will pray for this Hindhusthani sister. Hope so she will win a Gold medal or atleast silver or bronze which has got its value like any other medals.
I think we all have become cynical!!! Inspite of whatever can be achieved, we need to just go out and do our best...doing your best and being that you can be is all that counts !!!
