Religious Sentiment
by dillip tripathy on Oct 17, 2018 05:10 PM

Everyone has right to be sentimental. It may be religious or otherwise. However it is outright illogical that one should expect that his or her sentiment must followed by others. There comes the role of state and judiciary. What is good or bad for all , the judiciary must decide not the gang of sentimentals.

A LAW IS FOR THE OTHERS TO FOLLOW, NOT THE SUPREME COURT !
by Sumeer Sharma on Oct 02, 2018 12:22 PM

The law, it seems, is for others to follow and not the Supreme Court. In hundreds of judgments and decisions of the Supreme Court followed by dozens of High Courts, it has been held that a Review cannot be a substitute for an appeal and that there can be no rehearing of a case in review and further that an order passed by a court cannot be re-written in Review. What the Ayappa Dharma Sena would be seeking in review of the Sabrimala order would be a complete negation of the above stated principles of the law. Lets see what the SUpreme COurt has to say about this because that will set the law of Review for decades to come in this country.

Sentiments of people have to be respected. We all come into this world as Man or Woman. The choice is not OURS. The Creator of this world makes this choice....For HIM ...We are all equal. There can be no discrimination. As such...I personally feel The Hon'ble Supreme Courts decision is absolutely correct. And if there are people who are not happy with the decision...they can certainly approach with a review petition...But it will be in vain....Hon'ble Supreme Court will follow the Constitution...and in front of the Constitution...we are all equal....so...

The only women who will go there are the westernized ones who will go there and tell the deity: "hahahaha, see I am coming here despite your wishes". These women have no respect for the deity.

You are a great guru, like Rampal or Asaram . Give your sermon to public.
