The only women who will go there are the westernized ones who will go there and tell the deity: "hahahaha, see I am coming here despite your wishes". These women have no respect for the deity.
To add to the points, this is a holy place and not a tourist spot. The belief and faith of age old practice is blown to pieces by this verdict. Equality of Women should be in education, employment and representation. One basic flaw in the approach generally is all these judgement make people believe that women are treated inferior which can be set right but the fact that biological and physiological orientation of Women is much weak compared to Men and this could be corroborated medically also in terms of various hormones etc. This should be accepted and respected from that perspective they are weaker and test of equality cannot be applied. Visit to place like Sabarimala has stringent requirement and it would be very difficult for them given the tough condition. Review of this decision is definitely needed.

Equal rights means men should have access to ladies toilets and ladies compartments in trains? Convent schools for boys and girls are illegal?
Age old traditions and practices should not be a matter for judicial interference. Why such a judgment when there has not been any hue and cry for entry to Sabarimala. No Hindu or Muslim demanded entry to Churches or Mosqaues. Does the Court want a split people's beliefs and faiths.
then said wife is not a property of the husband and she can have extra maritial relationship ?
and now SABARIMALA is opened up.
Is there any order and everything going fine as far as the SC is concerned.
The first one leads to disorderly society.
The next one leads to cause "total damage " to the smooth family relationships that the entire indian society enjoys , irrespective of caste colour and religions.
And now SABARIMALA which is highly disturbing to say the least.
Is a scrutiny needed for the honourable judges to where they can deal and not to deal ??
Something is seriously going wrong and a society which is by far is a healthy one must not be allowed to go waste.
Will the " most honourable " judges , the custodians of the society look into it please ??

THAT'S WHY SUPREME COURT IS REFERRED AS "APEX COURT" - FROM BEGINNING THE SC VIEW IS HIGHLY RESPECTED AND HONOURED HOWEER WHEN JUDGMENTS STARTED FLOWING ...... AND WHEN SC SITTING JUDGES CAME OUT OPENLY THE SANCTITY IS LOWERED. ONLY BECOZ OF CONTEMPT OF COURT WE THE CITIZENS OF GREAT DEMOCRACY CANNOT EXPRESS....
In yet another very famous temple in Kerala (Guruvayur Srikrishna Temple)men are highly discriminated by forcing them to remove their shirts before entry to the temple.Even all the Presidents of India who visited this temple, meekly got subjected to this procedure till date. Every male followed this procedure without complaint. Thanks to the recent verdict, now the door to the court is open to contest this gross discrimination.

Lately, all are showing too much of affinity/regards/dependence to Supreme Court, unlike earlier years. SC's overactivism are virtually indulged, these days. A 3-7 judge BENCH need not enjoy the powers vested at per with THE PARLIAMENT.

If the women are so keen upon worshipping Ayappan, Murugan, Shani...why don't they build "" women only'' temples and worship them there. Why go to someone elses temple and create racket there?
