Anarchist at best

Accepting to be part of a nation ruled by a government means sacrificing certain freedom that would otherwise be available if you live like wild animals.
People like him are true anarchist. They want benefits of having a government but are not ready to pay for it. So full benefit but no responsibility no restrain of any sort.
Fortunately Supreme Court has ruled appropriately in this matter.

by Sahoo Dhruba on Sep 26, 2018 09:00 PM

Those who are corrupted, those who upheld corruption always against linking of Aadhar. Congress and TMC are one of those parties.

By lining Aadhar, lakhs and lakhs of illegal LPG connection cancelled. Lakhs and lakhs of benami holders of Pensioner, widow pension, benami shareholders identified. Where is the wrong of linking Aadhar. Jago Indians Jago....

AADHAAR ONLY A TOOL !
by Venky on Sep 26, 2018 08:39 PM

Aadhaar must be used as a tool to identify end users, to give them rations and transfer money to them. Intermediaries will always exist to facilitate services, in as much as public service officers are intermediaries between the government and the citizens. Public service officers and bureaucrats are NOT the government, only elected politicians.

If a public service officer, from the highest to lowest rank, refuses to discharge the duties of reaching the rations to the needy, or transfer due wages, because s/he can't see the aadhaar, the officer and the whole chain must be suspended. It is their duty verify that the resources reach the right place.

There can be no such thing as getting protection while performing public duties or doing them safely without any risk to their jobs. Every job entails risk and the learning to manage those risks becomes a qualification to do the job. For those who are unwilling, there will be millions who will be willing to take the responsibility.

Unless the fundamental change and work ethic is reinforced, we will only see layers and layers of safety cocoons that the officers demand to do their work.

Even after all the protection, employment plus lifelong benefits, we still have a most corrupt and ineffective public service. No, the politicians aren't to blame, each one of us is to blame.

I would request a Prashant Bhushan or Sanjay Hegde to provide direction and shape to the above. After today's judgement, we feel safer

Democracy does not mean absolute freedom, including freedom to fleece the government aid to poor people. One of the important benefits of imposing adhaar is to discourage aid money being syphoned off by middlement using phoney id's of people. If you dont want rules, please go to the jungle.

by uk deka on Sep 26, 2018 06:40 PM

Mr.Bezwada, Your privacy is your fundamental right it's true, but it is within your home not in public place. If you want privacy then don't come outside from your home and don't take any public service or any aid from government. Then nobody will asked your privacy.
and you are all communist type individual or organization going after industrialist as they are doing corrupt practice. But can you tell me what is your economics contribution for our country? But do you know for a example how much economics contribution by reliance group for the country. do you know how much cost is for making a big bridge. even a group of 100 people like you can't effort for making a big bridge.
So this not important you have privacy or not. This is government decision and also a elected government. But you are not elected. the every elected government have right to rule on us, but not you. So your opinion should keep in your house not in public.

Bezwada Wilson
by JAAGRUK INSAAN on Sep 26, 2018 06:21 PM

The way Bezwada Wilson is understanding the concept of AAdhar, he appears to a Bewada Wilson. Nothing else.

he appears to be a lot confused and totally misunderstanding the concept of having a digital ID card for every Indian Citizen.

If he is confused on the concept of Aadhar, he must consult some psychologist and then develop himself into some matured Indian citizen.
