The black money fuelled spectacles
by piri on Oct 28, 2018 02:22 PM  | Hide replies

orchestrated by BJP activists in Kerala have now started driving fear into.........the Congress party in Kerala !

If the BJP succeeds in increasing their vote share from its current 10.4 % in Kerala in the coming election (forget the fact that 5 months is a very long time in politics to be held captive to black money orchestrated dramas), the Congress led UDF would most certainly see their vote share coming down proportionately from its current level of 36 % !!

The Left front has repeatedly proven that its vote share always fluctuates between 40 and 46 % in Kerala depending on incumbency and anti incumbency. And it is almost completely immune to diversionary religious chants because its vote bank is committed to the equitable model of development the left exists for.

If the BJPs black money fuelled rallies in Kerala succeeds in increasing its vote share by any extent in the 2019 election, they will certainly help the Left front sweep every one of the 20 LS seats by bleeding the strength of the Congress led UDF !

And this will happen even in the traditionally most difficult constituency of Malappuram (that has almost always chosen the Muxlim League, a constituent of the Congress led UDF) !

Dream on. The komaaaali party has been dreaming for 4 years now !

During every election, komaaaaalis taunt others by saying Dream on...., only to fall silent after the election !

So, dream on.... and taunt on....

Oye jobless, useless, kalumal komaaaali Buffoon, what is the vote share of the party you blindly support on all India level ? Why they recently lost power in Tripura after 25 years ? why your party has only 16 seats in both house of parliament out of total 786 seats ? Is there any scope of them improving their poll performance ? Kalumal, better keep your house in order before pointing your stinking, dirty, fingers at the more successful parties which rule at the center as well as many states unlike your party.

However some points I liked in the article is the statement of M A Aiyer the idiot brother of Mani Shankar Aiyer. Blessed are the parents to have such idiots as sons. "S A Aiyar, wherein the brother of Mani Shankar Aiyar says that preventing women from offering prayers at Sabarimala is similar to committing atrocities on Muslim women by triple talaq!".
Another point is "The seat of Lord Ayyappa is a lot higher than the seat of any judge in India. As long as the social or religious practices don't cause any material harm and don't lead to any mental torture, it shouldn't become the object of arbitration by any arm of justice".
Finally as said by Shekar Gupta "'Supreme Court cannot become the priest between Indians and their Gods'".
Lets hope the review petition is taken up old order restored.
The 5 Judge bench with a lone lady justice passed a verdict with the brave Lady justice inking her verdict in dissent. Hats off to Justice Indu Malhotra for showing the right wisdom.
Let good thoughts flow from all sides to the new justice's when the review petition is taken up.

(as a swxami from the Vishwa Vidya Gurukulam called Amit Shah today on a TV debate), in his limitless foolishness, is apparently unable to understand that hyndu....muxlim....hyndu..... will not fetch many votes in Kerala as it does in the worlds most backward region - North India !

In the past 3 years, there has been a procession of such north Indian fools (Yogi Adityanath, Bhagwat, Amit Shah himself..) to Kerala proclaiming that they will transform Kerala into another bit of North India !!

And everytime, despite spending a lot of its black money (the BJP has been outspending both the Congress and the Left front during the last 3 years even in Panchayat elections in Kerala), the BJP has made precious little progress with its vote share in the state !

In the last election, despite komaaaaali Modi coming on 4 high pitched braying visits straining every nerve in that offensive language (hyndi) (4 visits by a PM for any election in Kerala is a record for the state) and the BJP so obviously spending through the roof with even its sundry leaders flitting about the state in helicopters, the BJP drew only 10.4 % of the total votes !

In the 2004 LS election, when there was no Modi or Amit Shah or huge black money around and LK Advani came on 2 half hearted visits (and thankfully, he spoke only in English then), the BJP received 11.2 % of the total votes !

Now, Amit Shah and Modi, driven to desperation in the North with the unending series of exposures on their record levels of

corruption of the central govt and fearing that the worst might happen (the attention of the masses may fall fully on their corruption and misgovernance), believe they have a handy diversionary issue in the Sabarimala developments !

Despite repeatedly being frustrated in polls in Kerala, they calculate yet again that they might reach at least 25 percent in vote share and hopefully a few LS seats with the single chant of Sabarimala !

Unfortunately for them, their foolishness in trying out the same tactic that works so well in North India - physical intimidaton of inconvenient voices - in Kerala (attacking and burning Swami Sandeepanandagiri Giris ashram) has already put the BJP in defensive mode in public debate in the state !

Mayhem due to judiciary-2/2
by Padmaja Ravindran on Oct 28, 2018 09:19 AM

*A set of the same persons, called by the same name and therefore of the same views.-Dictionary of Collective Nouns and Group Terms
*Religious group, belief, sect, persuasion, creed, school-Collins Thesaurus of the English Language
*A religious group that has slightly different beliefs from other groups that share the same religion- Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary & Thesaurus

I am sure that we need not leave it to the judiciary to give any new meaning to this term. (Remember how the judges did that to the term ‘consultation’ used in Article 124(2) and usurped the powers of the President to appoint judges?)

By no stretch of imagination can the temple of Lord Ayyappa at Sabarimala be considered a public place nor can the rights of the denomination of Ayyappa devotees to manage its own affairs in matters of religion be abrogated.

While on these two articles of the Constitution, one glaring inequality, nay, blatant discrimination, needs to be highlighted.

While the rights under Article 26 is provided to every religious denomination, the mandate of Article 25(2) (b) is to throw open Hindu religious institutions of a public character to all classes and sections of Hindus only.

Now even hard core rationalists cannot deny that if any change has to be made it is to be made for Article 25(2)(b) by making it non-religion specific.
