Corrupt practices were prevalent. Commission about 15% as per the practice in Europe is credited as per the instruction of the concerned Minister. So they still feel foul in deal due to their past practices of Corruption. Where as this deal is between two Govts. and no middle man is involved contrary to the practice during Congress Rule. Deal is done keeping urgent defence requirement, which Congress failed to meet out during their UPA rule.
The SC seems to be out of its mind, are Defence secrets to be made public for filthy assholes who have zero knowledge on basic costs and customisation costs. We all know who is playing hand in glove. Raga & his filthy team is faking all the time and misleading the entire nation. Even Dassault CEO made it clear, then why SC is making such statements.

Chelas like you who always got crumbs from the kick backs your former masters took, are left high & dry. Even your so called holier than soul masters are left with nothing , so all come together to make a huge noise, create a ruckus, get some group of people behind you are now disgruntled and hope it sticks . They feel that by repeatedly shouting about it, it will stick. Since the corrupt former rulers are already stained , they want the present ones also to be painted in the same color , so that all look the same

Can you please tell me the huge scams of other govts. and their fate? Are they exempt? Are you blind bhakt of the present opposition? Whomsoever is a part of a scam has to be held responsible for it. After all, it is the public's money collected by way of all sorts of taxes.
You urban intelligent donot believe anyone. Now apex court is hearing the case, still people have the same opinions. These pseudo intellectuals are called as urban naxals. I will follow and believe in SC's wisdom, even though I am admirer of Prashant bhushan and Arun shourie.
Congress believes that there cannot be a deal without kickbacks. They have lived this ideal for many decades and now they cannot digest the fact that present Govt could make a clean deal. They are unpleasantly surprised
670 crore has now become 1611 crore.(58000cr/36 planes) There has been a 40% price hike so price should increase from 670cr to 938 cr. So additional equipment in planes are for 673 CR.Which is very much possible if 80% of the Planes are to be kept ready at all times.

You can never compare an ex-showroom price to the fully-loaded price. But congress just want to make it dirty.
For international institutions, India was always an unreliable nation under congress because they were corrupt and inconclusive on any deal. But after this ruckus by Bhushan and congress gang, International groups will hesitate to deal with India in future.
Maybe that is what they want. Some people never want India to grow. Congress always wanted India to be a developing country, not developed country
