It is very unfair to call Sh Kabil Sibal, as loyal to Madam Sonia Gandhi. Is he not the person, who coined the slogan, Gali Gali me Chor hai, Rajiv Gandhi Chor hai"? in late eighties. He may not be loyal to individuals, but to great ideologies (you may guess).
