not a good decision by defence minister ..all things are being worked out for vote politics no compromise on ceasefire in kashmir and roads to be opened is good security of country and army area are not to be compromised

On the name of democracy Media is Behaving like anti nationalist and supporting people opposing army. Do not imagine that Kashmir problem will be solved by its own.
The decision of the government to allow civilian access to army Cantonment areas across the country, excepting 4 / 5 areas in J and K, is the most foolish one. Instead, it should be left to the discretion of the army commandants in different parts of the country to assess the situation and permit civilian access to the Cantonment areas. Let guidelines be framed as to the use of discretionary powers. Where decision by the local army commandant appears to be not in line with the guidelines laid down, the government can intervene to set it right.
