For security concern madam sitaraman must take whatever she wants for our safety. Nobody should be allowed to raise any protest against actions needed by army.
Nirmala Sitaraman should be kicked out for taking such irresponsible decision. When there is inefficiency, the ministers budge to pressure not knowing what to do. Such ministers should not be in power.
the article says 40 MPS inlcuding this Vivek Tankha of the Conress, has objection to even checking vehicles by Army personnel in Cantonment area. This is the height of stupidity and anti nationalism. He talks of three tier system. this dumb man should know that once the first road block is opened to general public then hundreds of vehicles can go into the second and third and it will be difficult to control them. This seems to be a political gimick of the Congress to somehow show the ruling party in bad light. Where are the laks of civilians asking the roads to be opened. Govt should withdraw the order opening the roads, and not succumb to congress pressure. If something bad happens to the families, is Vivek Tankha prepared to face murder charges?

The "public" roads being talked about are the "other roads" around army area which are taken over by army, not the roads within army area.
