Was he soldier and died during safeguarding country. And when the matter is in court why this people making fuss about it. Wait for the court decision. Remove all the reservation and live happily and claim jobs and seats on the basis of their qualification.

With every community wanting reservations in Govt jobs and education, what will be left for the rest of the people? No politician has the guts to do away with this bane of Indian society. Mediocrity which is already rampant among various groups making it to the top on the basis of reservations, over taking those with merit has driven away the best talent to foreign lands.
