This will happen when jumlas will be said without touching ground reality. There is rampant unemployment across India. Because of unregulated free market capitalism prices have touched sky high and it is becoming impossible to survive in meekly salary. Remember those protesting reservation have been enslaved in India since centuries but still they are hitting on ground creating first path of revolution. In few years time, anyone can predict India will have its full fledged revolution like chinese revolution and french revolution. There will be tremendous hardship, social churning.
The India which is growing and stable with macro parameters is false India because the growing India or stable in macro parameter is India where wealth is controlled by those crony capitalist who fund election money to political parties. It is not properly trickled down and that is where the system is failing in India.
reservation , it is already 72% at present, as per govt. it is 50% but as per roster admition system it reaches nearly 72% , talent and brilliance will go abroad .
After 70 years of Independence, reservation is going up and up. The community is a ruler in Maharashtra, Patel and prosperous in Gujarat and they need reservation. Sad to see putting country to disastrous situation.
Really need to take an example of Parsi and Jain community for this. With smallest number, what progress they made and created the facilities to progress others by creating many institutes that benefits others.
Shame on all political parties those have created and rooted these issues for their political benefits.
They all wanted to further strengthen the caste system by scraping reservation.
And those who are comparing it with other countries are forgetting that nowhere in the world there is religion based caste system which ruined and denied human rights to major population for such an long time.
